Would be nice if you got hotel name correct , we spent 20 mins looking for it .It is now called Ibis (styles)

Rather disappointed with the Hotel. Reception staff good on arrival. Room Poor. Booked a meal in the restaurant, overpriced for what we got. Very noisy in corridors after 11pm, we had to be up at 5am! Room was pokey and freezing cold, eventually got it warm. Transfer service was excellent and on time. Car parking was adequate and safe. We would not stay here again.

If you had to be at the airport before 5 am then you would probably need a taxi as part of the 5 minutes walking route takes you via the shuttle which doesn't run between 2am and 5am.

The hotel is conveniently located for Birmingham airport. It is clean, presentable and comfortable. Breakfast starts at 07:00 so early flight passengers may have to eat at the airport. We had skis and luggage to carry so it is VERY easy to drive to the terminal assuming you are two or more and drop everything off. Costs £1 for trolley and same to exit drop off zone. Much better than a taxi. It's an easy eight minute walk from hotel to terminal for the driver. The reverse procedure works on return. Job done!

used for overnight stay and parking for airport . Do not understand why people walk to air rail link , when you can walk to the airport in 7 mins . Would not hesitate using this hotel and parking again .

the hotel was very friendly and welcoming, we stayed the night before our holiday, they arranged taxis for us and it was quick and easy to check in/out and to fill in the paper work for my car to stay there for the week! very impressed and would definatley come again

The whole hotel is very clean and the staff, well they could not be more helpful, we ate our evening meal there and also had breakfast, they certainly excel when it comes to a ' great customer experience'

Think the rooms are small and very cold even wit heatin on full blast!!!!

Stayed overnight before an early flight. Good value when car parking is included. Disappointing not to have a transfer facility. It cost us £25 for the taxi "to and from" the airport. Probably would explore the Novotel next time.
