A great start to our holiday. Great room and facilities, very relaxing meal with a wide menu. Being able to safely park our car for 8 days of the holiday in a CCTV monitored area was excellent. Only downside was that the road signage from the M42 and Bickenhill Way for the Premier Inn was not obvious at all. There was a sign if approaching from Chemsley Wood direction.

I have stopped in many Premier Inns before the room was very clean bed comfortable food could give a bit more choice but for a one night stay over excellent, would definitely stop again

very pleasant place to stay- even though they could not find our internet booking. Wld stay again. Perhaps more coulod be done to help early risers eg free coffee in bar?

This is our second visit to the Premier Inn NEC Birmingham. We arrived and the staff were great - our daughter is disabled and was able to park near the door - we had a superb meal that evening in the Restaurant. Our room was clean, tastefully decorated and spacious. We slept well and then got up early and tranferred by taxi, which arrived dead on time to the Airport - all in all a great start to our holiday. We would strongly recommend this Hotel for flying out of Birmingham Airport.

We arrived in the early evening for our flight the next morning. Everything was excellent - staff, room, food, price and ride to the airport. Maybe we were lucky because there was no event at the Conference Centre. We would certainly use this hotel again, if we were to have an early morning flight.
