Courtesy minibus operates from 06.00 to 22.00. Transfers must be prebooked by calling 0870 400 9160.
Transfers are provided to the airport from the hotel, subject to availability. If guests wish to be dropped at the airport, transfers will cost them £1.00. This is the airport's charge due to security reasons. However, if guests wish to be dropped at the train station, they can then take the 60 second monorail to the airport and this will be free of charge.

Excellent hotel and service. Would definitely stay there again.
all very easy and great value made early check in for USA flight more than bearable.
The rooms are usual for a high quality the hotel chain; clean, well equipped and spacious enough for the short stay. Most importantly for a good night’s sleep the beds are very comfortable. Bar (with casual food) & restaurant available, attentive staff, good food. Not tried a breakfast but no doubt of Crowne Plaza standard. Transfers to airport on time and short trip, very well placed hotel. We left our car in car park, in a disabled space as blue badge holder, they were happy it stayed there, at front of hotel, for the duration. Finally Go Simply has the most economic booking prices even though we are loyalty card members of the hotel chain, GS beat those prices.
No complaints with hotel itself. Staff friendly and helpful. Transfers smooth to airport but on return 20 minutes of ringing couldn't raise airport bus and we had to get a taxi back to the hotel.
Despite asking for the sofa bed to bed made up on arrival at the hotel we had to contact reception 2 further times before it was done. Also the TV in the room didn't work. We would however stay here again as it was close to the airport and NEC
Very pleasant staff, light, airy hotel with all the little extras which made for a relaxing pre-holiday stay. we returned to collect car and found the whole process very easy.
An easy way to start and end a holiday or short break. I would definitely use again.
The one night stay was first class, which included 15 days parking. The disabled parking was so convenient to the hotel entrance, which is a big plus for any kind of disablement and we look forward to using the hotel for future travel.
Bedrooms are fantastic and beds are the most comfortable I have slept in.
