Despite asking for the sofa bed to bed made up on arrival at the hotel we had to contact reception 2 further times before it was done. Also the TV in the room didn't work. We would however stay here again as it was close to the airport and NEC

Very pleasant staff, light, airy hotel with all the little extras which made for a relaxing pre-holiday stay. we returned to collect car and found the whole process very easy.

The one night stay was first class, which included 15 days parking. The disabled parking was so convenient to the hotel entrance, which is a big plus for any kind of disablement and we look forward to using the hotel for future travel.
