The staff in the lounge are always pleasant and helpful, the wifi connection is speedy and reliable and the vino tinto isn't bad either!

The lounge was very quiet and relaxing; however, the choice of snacks we found quiet limited.

Very nice to be able to get away from the hustle of the airport. On the whole an enjoyable experiance.

Unlike most lounges drinks had to be served,you did not help yourself, as noone was around to serve for 10mins on arrival,you just stood looking for someone wondering what was happening and could not help yourself as nothing was on display, but apart from that comfort cleanliness was first class.Do not let this put you off as when we did see the assistant there was'nt a problem.

As well as having decent facilities, the lounge at Alicante is an oasis of quiet. The staff are excellent. Always friendly, helpful and attentive. Travelling isn't much fun but using the Salon Ifach Lounge is always a pleasant way to start off a journey.

For the first time I found alocholic drinks could only be obtained by knocking a door and requesting them each time one was required. This has not previously been necessary in this laounge, neither have I encountered this procedure in other lounges. Very dissapointing for the amount charged for my visit, and a change from the procedure encountered by my son-in law who has regularly used this lounge and had recommended it.

The check-in didn't go well as only one of the two passenger names appeared on our confirmation email but eventually it got sorted. Very quiet, spacious and comfortable lounge with english newspapers and TV. Wifi access. Endless supply of coffee and drinks but nothing much to eat other than small pastries. If you are going to need a sandwich, buy it before going in to the lounge. I would use it again just for the peace and quiet before flying.

as I had a long wait for my flight I enjoyed the comfortable suroundings of the lounge. and in the long run the cost of the lounge was no higher than if I had spent the time (3 hours) in one of the airport bars/ eating places.
