Simple to use service, easy to find and felt very secure. Had to wait a while for coach transfer and coach was full to overflowing, but no problems, would recommend this service again!

This service was excellent. The price was inexpensive for the week that I booked. It was easy to locate, the handover of the car was straightforward. The coach transfer took about 10 minutes due to our early flight time. The only quibble I have is that it would help if the coach driver could offer a bit of assistance with the luggage on and off the vehicle as some people did struggle. We were dropped off right outside the departure lounge which was great. On the return journey what I particularly liked was that all you had to do to get back to your car was to go to the drop off point and a coach would collect you. I particularly dislike those parking companies that require you to phone when you have landed so that they can sort transport. Apart from the small quibble re luggage, the service was excellent.

Actually 4.5 miles from airport so if, as we are, you come from the south side you actually go past the airport & then a further 4.5 miles. Must say service was efficient & pleasant so no complaints. Straight onto a coach for both journey out and journey in. However, it did take a bit of time so you need to allow yourselves an extra hour to be on the safe side. Overall very good value compared to other companies.

As indicated the route from the M42 was very busy and there was some confusion getting to the car park, once there everything was taken care of, excellent service.

Second time I have used Simply Parking. As before absolutely hassle free! Easy to find from directions supplied, friendly staff, and transfer to and from airport easy to use. Excellent value for money and highly recommended.

Straight in to office, booked in car, given paperwork for return, nice staff. Onto bus and into airport, no problems whatsoever. The same on return. Best value ever.

The carpark is fairly easy to find, check in is swift and efficient and it's only 10 minutes from the terminal. The security also seems very good, so I am happy to leave my car while away.

Great value service, quick check in procedure, was offered an upgrade to a meet and greet at the airport for an extra £20 which worked well. Only slight negative was that the car park was a little difficult to find didn't have a sign at the end of the road although there were other signs on main roads.

The service we had from Airparks was very good, the only criticism I have is that we waited in a cold draughty bus shelter for at least 35-45 minutes for the bus to arrive, on past experience with other car parks (ie:Courtlands, Gatwick) we've been given a phone number to ring once we've cleared customs to let them know we're ready for pick up,the bus is usually there in a matter of minutes, on this occassion we just had to stand and wait at the bus stop with no idea if anyone knew we were there and no idea of how long we may have to wait! We've used other Birmingham parking sites but were pleasantly surprised at the standard of service. we'll be using Airparks every time from now on. The signage needs to be better from the A45 Wheatsheaf junction to the Radleys roundabout though. I was born in this area so I had no problems, but if I'd never been here before it's a long drive through a residential area that might leave you thinking you'd gone wrong.

Having booked on line and received confirmation of booking, on arrival at reception office at 4.00am the staff could find no record of the booking despite the fact that I produced the print out of the booking confirmation. I then had to wait for some 15 minutes whilst we went through the booking procedure again causing me to miss the coach and having to wait for the next one. On our return we had a long wait for the transfer coach to take us back to the car park. In future we will revert to using the on site facilities which, although slightly more expensive, are much more efficient.

Departure was early hours - sailed through as bus was waaiting & journey to airport was less than 10 mins. But coming back at 1pm at BHX we waited 40 mins for the bus which then took about 20 mins on a detour to avoid bad traffic. Also don't remember being told i was going to be charged for using credit card - is there a charge for debit card?

On our return, we could not get on the first bus which arrived, but the driver of the next bus made every effort to help passengers by helping to stow their baggage as quickly as possible and although cramped, at least everyone was able to get on this bus.

I have used your parking facilities several times now and have received excellent service every time I hope to continue using your services and still hope you continue with your good service,a service you could perhaps add would be a valeting service on returns heres to you .

it was the first time with simply parking and i was very pleased with the service that i received it was very quick on delivery and pickup and also the transfer to and from airport were very good too i shall most certainley use your service again thank you Mrs C Markall

I have not utilised the facility because I did not travel on that date as I missed my flight. I was trying to get the money refunded. They wanted me to write it to the booking office directly. I missed the address they gave me. Would you be able to sort out the refund the money or help me to get to the right person please. Waiting time for transfer bus of over half an hour for the return trip is not acceptable. If you are elderly or infirm this service is not suitable as the driver is unable to assist in loading luggage using the usual excuse of health and safety. (other carriers were assisting)

after a long journey home i had lost my contact number for my meet & greet facility which they provide, i therefore had to ask the staff on the coach to contact them, this was done immediatey and without fuss. This helped us tremendously and we did not have to wait long for our car to arrive at the Airport.The booking was done by some very pleasant female's and carried out very quickly.

It was pouring with the rain when we were waiting for our coach from the car park. Many of us huddled in the office which was most inconvenient with suitcases all over the place plus there is the ramp to consider. Need to put up a proper bus shelter on the side of the building.

I was a bit reluctant to leave our car because I'm not so sure about the place. I was just relying on the reviews and comments from previous customers. I'm glad I did it, the service was great, we didn't wait too long for us to get round Birmingham airport. the place was fully secured, I wasn't worried about leaving our car anymore. After our holiday, we get back and claim our car with no hassle. Hope their service will still be the same for my next booking. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED.......remember first impression, last. thanks.
