Although the location is very convenient, the last turning was not easy to find and I missed it. Signs would be beneficial, and they seemed to "dry up" for last part. Buses seem to run every half an hour, but I was lucky. Very late but bus left immediately!

Found the site with ease, and checking-in was straight-forward. Transfer vehicles were of an excellent standard and well driven. Upon returning, had to wait no more than 10 minutes for bus, car key was returned in seconds, car in same condition as it was left, and straight off. Could ask for very little more. The value for money was excellent. Was recommended Airparks by a friend, and I would now do the same.

Long way from airport, poor signposts to park, couldnt find it, ended up paying another £70.00 to park in NCP otherwise would have missed flight so no not good for parking.

After using Stansted airport parking this really is much easier. You just turn up, unload your bags straight onto the coach and the attendants go and park your car for you. No mile-long walk to the coach. Upon our return we only had to wait 10 minutes for the coach and we were away. I really would recommend this to anyone.

This was a convenient place for parking, the buses were well timed and regular - we preferred this system as with some airport parking, you need to ring them to collect you and it's often the last thing you can be bothered with after a long flight. You could also see your luggage at all times, unlike some companies who use a trailer system, so it was good from a personal security point of view. Check in was also prompt, as was collection and the price was very competitive. We would use you again!

We found the the only problem was the time waiting for return pick up was longer than expected. In the time we waited, the other car park company had 3 buses pick up. Other than this we found the service VERY GOOD VALUE .We will use again when flying from B/HAM.

The carpark site was very easy to find and well signposted. Bus collection was every 20 minutes. The buses were modern and clean and equipped well with seat belts for all. I will use this company again and recommend to all.

Great value for money service. Only gripe as I was travelling to car park at night I missed the turning due to no sign or road name which was easily visible and so did many others...Would definitely use them again.

I recently booked with Airparks, was apprehensive of locating it in Birmingham and was travelling alone. I was extremely impressed on my arrival, and greeted with a smile and reassurance re my car. Had bag stolen on holiday, and arrived at Airparks quite distraught. The staff were professional, and brought the car to me, loaded it and were so very very helpful. Highly recommended, wouldn't book elsewhere now!

I found the car park with ease from the instructions, and the ease with which we transferred to the bus and booked in was very prompt, efficient and polite.

Very pleased overall with the service. I found the staff to be very helpful and the only two things I can complain about is returning from the park home as there were no directions back onto the major motorways and we seemed to be waiting for over 30 mins when we were collected to be driven back to the car park.

So easy and cheap and one less thing to worry about when your trying to sort out the family holiday. Nice staff on outward and return experiences. Did have reservations prior, but will now use instead of an airport hotel next time!! Cheers!!

We had read one or two reviews with poor feedback from the internet AFTER making our booking, and were concerned about our RETURN journey from the airport. In the end we waited 20 mins. We had a good all round experience this time and would use again.

Front of car covered in filth, looked like it had been on safari through loads of mud holes.

Excellent service, a lot easier than having to ring to be collected.

On the return journey I boarded the bus to be told to wait for the next bus because it was too full. I then waited along with approx 30 other pax for 35 mins, I was the one who phoned on my mobile to find out when the next bus was due, after waiting for approx 30 mins. Fortunately it was not raining as shelter was minimal, but it was cold, windy and uncomfortable. They must know how many passengers are returning and at what time, from their return flight details.

Very good; we had a bus to airport straight away, also when we got back a bus was waiting. We did not have to stand around waiting for transfers. Excellent service.
