Excellent car park, but be careful not to go over the time you state. As you pay for a 24 hour period, it is probably worth selecting a time far later than you expect.

Although the price has increased quite a bit since I first used Butlers Wharf, it still offers good value for money if you stay for a 24 hour period, reasonable value if you're just visiting for the day. Easy access from M11/A11/A12 etc. without entering the congestion zone. Worth checking out the best return route to Tower Bridge as it's easy (for me) to lose the plot and end up having to turn left when you want to turn right or, worse still, stumble into the congestion zone! Car park looks and feels secure, is presented to a very high standard and staff were smart, courteous and helpful. Very convenient for South Bank attractions, pleasant 10-15 minute stroll across Tower Bridge brings you to the District and Circle tube lines at Tower Hill. I've used this car park several times for Tate Modern, West End, Royal Albert Hall etc. Will use again.

Found car park fairly easy, felt safe about leaving car and park attendant was very good and helpful, no problems would recommend and use again

Very easy way to visit London. Appeared to be manned 24 hours. Very helpful and polite when we returned to the car park late at night.

Located right at the end of Tower Bridge in trendy urban apartment land, surrounded by upmarket bistros and bars, a cool place to be right away. Just across the bridge you have buses and trains to the sights, although close enough for a pleasant walk if you have the time. Great value secure parking, very tight spaces however, so a bit scary for larger vehicles.

very good location for where we were staying.Very secure. I left the car for 2 days and nights and didnt worry about its security.

Took the sting out of travelling into the heart of London, no multiple changes of transport and with pre booked place and good directions this contributed to a great day.

cheap, safe and in a brilliant location, right next to Tower bridge, the tower of London ( our first port of call ) and the tube station.staff were friendly. Will definetely use it again.

I selected this car park as it was just outside the congestion zone. It was very convenient for tube and bus access and our hotel was not too far away. The cost was very good for 24 hours. Would certainly use this car park again when visiting London.

Easy to book and very convenient for central London driving from the South East. Reasonable cost and good safe facilities.

A very good, secure, well lit car park under cover in the centre of London. However the car park attendants could of been more helpful and on leaving the car park early morning the attendant was difficult to locate.

Ideal spot to park your car, no congestion charge, courteous staff, well lit and clean car park. Close to Tower Bridge and tube and other amenities. Overall I would recommend this car park and will definitely use it again when I next visit London!! Fully recommended

Lots of room to park. We were only in London for the day so £16 was a bit expensive and there were so many spaces we could have paid less by not booking in advance. Staff were helpful and polite, parking was safe and secure

We needed to visit London and this car park allowed us to do so without paying congestion charge, and gave us peace of mind knowing the car was secure. The staff were very polite and obliging too, and we will certainly use it again.

I set my sat nav to take me to Gainsford Street as this is where the entrance is, I found it straight away. The car park is well kept, clean and modern and I found a space immediately, considering it was mid Saturday morning this was impressive. Security lighting and cameras were in place and the attendant was highly visible in the glass office at the front. We asked for the toilet key and made use of the single toilet which was functional. My only negative points are the slightly confusing 'Exit' signs and the attendants were not very friendly. Parking will always be expensive in central London and I could take the risk of parking free on the streets somewhere but

This was our first time parking in London.The car park itself was easy to locate with the directions given.We left our car knowing it was extremely safe and secure.Spaces were readily available even at 10am.The cost for the day was non expensive.On leaving at 7pm the car park attendant was very helpful and polite and answered our questions readily and with a smile.We will definitely recommend this car park to friends and family and will be returning in the not too distant future.

I booked via internet on my phone on the way to london. However when i came to pay the attendant got angry and said that i had to print my receipt and bring it. i explained i booked it online and didn't have a printer in the car but he seemed to just get annoyed at this. I showed him my receipt email on the phone which also seemed unacceptable. In the end it was ok but cant be bothered with that kind of hassle. if i can book online then please realise that i may not have any way of printing the ticket.
