I returned to the carpark late at night and although I had made a note of the row I was parked in, it was difficult to find as the car park was badly lit and the row signs were not easily visible both because of the dark and also they are at lowish level rather than high above car height so cannot be seen from a distance. Bus transfers were very prompt and the bus drivers very polite. Online booking and prepayment very straight forward and exit procedures good. The lady on the kiosk at arrivals on my return seemed rather confused though by the fact that my booking was prepaid and she did try to charge me again for parking which was then at the standard daily rate. It took her a little while to accept that it was prebooked despite my confirmation and the booking reference being given to her. When I first arrived at the airport to park the car before my trip, the carpark seemed a long way from the terminal but the buses were excellent and quick. I would use this carpark again.

We have used this car park before and we have been totally satisfied every time. It was very re assuring to have one less thing to worry about when booking our holiday. you book online, drive in and park, make a note of were you leave your car,catch a bus to the airport and go on holiday! Simple to do! Thanks.

my main criticism was the distance from the terminal to the car park.It really is a long way!i dont think this is clearly stated enough when you book

Easy to find, convenient, friendly drivers, efficient and quick transfer (both ways). As long as it remains cheaper elsewhere, don't bother to consider alternatives.

The ticket was not authorised properly,I think it was a staff fault,as several other people had the same problem.

Excellent service, coach driver's really friendly and helpful, when we parked up a coach was just picking up someone else and it was raining, the coach driver waited for us to unload the car and get straight onto the coach instead of driving away and letting us wait for the next one which I thought was great.

Even though it was a way away from the airport, the buses ran regularly and we didn't have to wait more than a few minutes. Didn't take long on the bus either to get to the airport. Best value for money parking in car park 7.

I find Long Stay Parking the most reliable way of arriving at the airport on time as we have been let down in the past with taxis turning up late and taking longer routes than necessary. I am confident my car is secure and have always been able to return to it promptly and without any problems, even when my wife couldn't find the booking form on our return from holiday.

Description on web site was accurate. Good value for money, compared to other options. Car securely parked. Speedy and helpful customer service when needed, as car wouldn't start on our return to the UK - service staff attended within 10 minutes of calling for help and had us on our way within 5 minutes, following a jump start to the dead battery. Many thanks will use this again.

Being severely disabled in a wheelchair I did not know I could park at the front in the disabled parking by showing my blue parking badge. The shuttle bus driver told us when he picked us up on the return. Its useful to know for when we come again.

The only staff I encountered on the drop off was the bus driver who was fantastic - helpful and gave us tips for our return. I was a little confused at the system as it had changed since I last used it ie no handing in keys etc.

All went ok but better signposting on arrival is required otherwise the first instinct is to park on the short-stay carpark. On departure larger and clearer instructions are required about how is intercom the booking release code. Transfer bus was punctual.

Long Stay 7 at East Midlands is split into 2 parts with the same row numbers. We were dropped in the wrong half after our flight and couldn't find our car despite being in the correct row.

We got off the bus too early as it wasn't clear which area of thecar park was. It took me quite awhile to locate my vehicle. Other than that the transfer was very good and I would consider using the park again and will book via your website.

Unmarked car parking bays on gravel. Dead end parking bays not marked as such so frustrating if you take a wrong turn. The kiosok operative when I returned to collect my car and ask for directions of where to catch the bus was clearly uninterested and whils he stamped my ticket, that was as good as it got. All in all I would rate the service and facilities as adequate and no more.

The car parking is a 5 minute bus transfer from the main terminal building. The transfer buses run regularly (and our return driver scheduled for driving to car parks 3 and 4 offerred to take us and others to car park 7 without any prompting). Great service and a great team at East Midlands. We were really pleased with the arrangements.

I booked the long Stay Parking online in advance. Instructions were clear and easy to follow both upon arrival and departure from the car park. I would certainly choose Long Stay Parking again.
