Overall, our parking experience worked well. Although we had noted the obvious details of where our car was parked but failed to see the number of the bus-stop. Unfortunately we got off at the wrong stop which slowed down finding our car. In the dark its not easy to see which stop we want when leaving the coach. Need to take much more notice of where the stop is when leaving to catch the plane.

Also, getting out of the car park on our return involved a very difficult conversation via an intercom - not very helpful at all.

The coach transfers were close to the car and airport lounges and the staff were great. I will always use this service at East Midlands Airport. Many thanks

The whole operation was extremely good. The only down side was that the driver forgot to call at 2 bus stops, in fact the wholse of the second section of carpark 7. This resultes in myself, and another pary being returned back to the arrivals hall. This is not something which is desired at 1am.

Excellent and easy, shuttle bus every 15 mins. Would use again next year.

it is a long way from the airport and badly signed.the transfer buses did take a long time to arrive and during our wait 2 buses came and went for car park6.

very good as it was not far to the bus stop and we only had to wait 3 mins for one and on returning back to the airport we were straight onto a bus back to the car park direct to car park 7 with no other stops.I Will use this car park again.

On arrival, Car Park 7 was full, but we were directed to Car Park 6 & there was plenty of space. However, I wonder how, when parking is pre-booked, the car parks are full? This happened earlier thias year to a friend of mine who wasn't as lucky as us & had to spend about 15 worrying minutes driving round to try & find a car park with spaces.

Our arrival was fine, and transfer was ok, however upon return we had to have our ticket "validated" which we were unsure of where to go, we asked a couple of people who were unable to help. we went to the car park to see if there was anyone at the office, (which was closed, as it was after midnight)so decided to put the ticket in the barrier, then it stated we owed £96! as instructed we pressed the call button on the barrier, and we had explained that we had already pre-paid, the attendant was very abrubt, asked for a confrimation number, which we gave, only to be told that this was incorrect (it was the only one I had)asked our surname and then told us there was no records and he couldn't find us on the system! A gentleman then arrived at the barrier had a look at our confirmation, and then let us get on our way - in all the transfer took over an hour! We could have been half way to Spain in that time!!

have used this parking twice this year its straight foward to find, transfers drop outside departures, pickup at arrivels,no walking with cases, its so easy

only problem not enough direction after arriving home ended up walking round car park till some one told us where pick up was

Graet way of avoiding expensive taxi fares and complex public transport systems.

The car park was situated very close to the airport therefore preventing long transfer times. Shuttle buses frequent and easily accessible. I would definately recommend and use again myself in the future.

Cheap and no problems, but the office to validate your parking ticket is not clearly marked - which leads to queues at the exit barrier of cars without validated tickets.

Found it ok not too stressful having visited for the first time, would use it again.

Flight delayed by 3 hours and forgot to validate ticket at terminal but signs on doors clearly explained what to do and person on intercom was efficient if a little abrupt.

Not very clear where to pick shuttle bus up from. Not very clear on a busy bus which was car park 6 and 7 stops. Could not hear driver.

I would definitley reccomend this service to enyone considering long stay car parking at East Midlands Airport. The car parks are well sign posted and therefore easy to find. The shuttle services to and from the airport were regular and the staff at the airport were incredibly helpful, pleasant and efficient. We got off our plane at 10pm and were on the road back home to Manchester by 10:30. We were very impressed by this service and would definitely use it again.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. We did not have to wait very long for the buses to transfer us to and from the terminal. The car park was situated quite close to the airport building.

I’m not happy because I had all my booking details with me but they were useless for car park stuff and they refused to let me out. My voucher number which I received when purchasing a ticket was not valid as it did not have a letter on the beginning. I was asked to wait two minutes to recheck my details but in fact I waited much longer. It was very annoying I was in a rush to work.
