Although the booking and transfers were efficient and quick, I, unfortunately, had the unfortunate experience of the exit machine not accepting my ticket which was issued when I arrived ( as did the car in front of me). It took a few minutes to contact someone over the intercom, and when I did, I was asked for my booking reference number, which, fortunatelt I had with me. However, I had to reverse a short distance in order to access the necessary paperwork in front of the service bus!

Cost was 50% of the price in the short-term car park and transfer time was only about 10 minutes, there was a bus available immediately at both ends. The Car park is a bit stoney and could be a problem for those with buugies or wheelchairs (in fact suitcase wheels struggled with some of the larger stones which had been knocked from the parking area onto the road). Would definatelyuse again

I went to the office, situated on the car park at East Midlands to get my ticket endorsed. I was told the best way to exit was simply to speak to the parking staff through the barrier intercom with my reference number. When i tried to do this it took about five minutes to exit with a queue behind me. It was impossible to find the relevant reference number which was eventually found on a supplementary document. Very crude system and very disapointing.

Easy to find, well sign posted. Plenty of spaces and only a short wait for the shuttle to Departures. Very helpful staff on return and again only a very short wait for the bus. As a lone female I might have felt less comfortable at night time given the distance from the terminal. A very positive experience.

The transfers to and from the airport were very punctual. Both there and back we didn't have to wait more then 2 minutes for a bus to arrive. I will definitely use the service again in the future.

The carpark was easy to find, I did not have to wait long for a bus so was delighted. I have parked at stanstead before and had to wait ages for a bus so was glad the buses at eastmidlands were fast and efficent

It was easy to book online, giving an online discount.Although the car park appears to be quite a distance from the terminal it is in fact very access able using the pick up bus that is stress free.Remember to have your reference number available when trying to exit through the barrier if you have prepaid,as this will eliminate the problem of creating a queue whilst you are looking for your reference number....maybe a large sign as you approach the barrier would not go amiss.Other than the one criticism I would recommend the system to everyone!!

The car park is easy to find and well sign posted. The buses were frequent therefore we had very little waiting.

One euro per day at Murcia airport Spain for parking, Five pounds per day at East Midlands. You did ask!

It was a hassle free experience waited just under 10 minutes for bus too car park on outward and return journey, Staff were friendly and helpful. Would use again.

My family and I have used this car parking system many times now and I would say it gets better each time. The site is always clean and well sign posted. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Our return flight was delayed this time but we had no problems with the car parking system. We have no hesitation in recommending East Midlands.

This was easy to use although there didn't seem to be much logic to the carpark layout as we've experienced elsewhere! Did the job though and we'd use it again!

All was well until we got back to the car park. We had validated our ticket as instructed but when we reached the barrier and put the ticket in for exit purposes the machine would not recognize the ticket, so we had to ask for help to get out -- not really what we needed at the time!

was not clearly signed where to wait for bus to return to carpark after holiday. need better signs.

we found the car park easy to get to and easy enough to get our ticket and find a space. no problems what so ever and i will definitely use this company again

All the instructions from first booking to arriving to departing were all easy to follow, even to someone as clumsy with technology as me! I could relax on holiday with peace of mind knowing exactly where my car was parked, that it was secure and that it was only a few minutes away from the terminal building. I will have no hesitation in using again. R.Blakey.

At the barrier I was confused as to what to do. I spoke to a man who told me but his tone was bordering on rude.

Was easy to sort on the internet , transfer was good and regular pick ups! reasonably priced, no problems

The service was very good. If I did have a couple of niggles it would be: 1 the size of the car parking spaces especially when people with 4 wheel drives take up at least 1.5 spaces and 2 due to people not reading the small print about getting their code validated when leaving arrivals, having to wait for them to sort it out (approx 25 minutes). I will be very happy to use the parking facilities again on my next trip. Thank you
