I validated my ticket at the car park office and was told all I had to do was put the ticket into the machine at the barrier. Th ticket would not do into the machine so I pressed the help button was asked for the booking ref, I retreived the form from my boot and rang again to give the ref, was told by the operator that was incorrect but it was all I could find i then found my reading glasses to confirm what I had read to him and I was correct. He said more or less that I was stupid and would send someone over from the office, man in van appeared quickly and confirmed what I had read aloud and could not understand why I had been told it was wrong and let me out of the carpark. This was not a nice experiance for me I was on my own and the first time I had to do this since my husband died and I felt quite upset by what should have been an easy end to a holiday. It was nearly 2hours from the plane landing to getting on the A42 and not what I expected from an established parking company.

On arrival at the airport , the signposts to LS7 were clear, there were spaces close to the bus stop and the transfer bus came quickly.On return...my fault for not reading the instructions, but remember that you do need to validate your ticket before leaving the terminal. No matter, the 'assistance' intercom at the gate was answered quickly and I had the paperwork to hand, so I was quickly released.Again, the coach transfer from terminal to car park was very quick, and we were away in no time.

When searching for a carpark at the airport it wasn't easy because there are a few but we settled on Long Stay 7 and were extremely happy with it. We didn't have to wait long for the transfer there and back. The cost was well worth it and I would definitely use it again.

On returning to the airport we were looked after extremely well in the appropriate office near the arrivals building where he validated our car parking ticket to enable us to depart by car. Excellent - Thank you. We will book through you again. T S Rushton

The bus driver was very helpful as I was travelling with a young child and he made sure the seating at the front of the bus was free

Found car park easly - very safe - on arrival back in uk - the bus driver going to car park 6 - even took us to car park 7 as we would have had to wait 10 mins. very nice and helpful staff - would use again. credit where credits due. thank you

Generally the experience was a good one. However 1) the payment process on arriving back at the airport was not clearly signposted and a bit confusing about where to go. 2) The stones under the cars had been moved by the movement of cars onto the road areas. This could have led to tyre damage. 3) Many people on the queue out through the barrier were struggling to have thier tickets accepted by the machines leading to queues. We saw this both when we arrived and at our departure.

Remember to note were you park and it simple. We had a delayed flight and not a problem no extra charge . Clean and quick transfers which is great esp late at night.

Easy to find, good security fair price.

this was the first time i have used a long term car park it was all very easy and all staff very helpfull

on arrival the car park seemed quite a way however a coach was there within 5 minutes for the 5 minute journey to the terminal.on coming back my ticket was authorised straight away without a hitch & the coach was waiting to drop us back at the car,pity about the weather here though!

After recieving the paperwork following the booking of the car park,Iread the disabled provision that my Wife andI were not aware of. We used it on this occation and were very satisfied with both the service and the staff that we came in contact with.

I was a bit sceptical in using airport parking but a very professional operation. I had booked my car into car park 5 but when we arrived there was a sign to say "car park full" at 3am in the morning I was a bit worried that there would b nobody around to confirm where I should park. However, I pressed the intercom and a operative confirmed that I could use car park 6. The transfers were prompt too. Fully recommend.

From the time it was booked until we left the car park everything was so smooth. The directions given to the site were straight forward. No sooner had we unloaded the transfer bus arrived and after a few minutes the friendly driver had dropped us at the departures door. On arrival back to the UK there is no need for tickets or offices ...just drive up to the barrier and quote your ref number to the person on the intercom and you are let out.

Frequent buses, helpful staff in payment ofice. Very satisfied.

Every thing is fine appart from getting out from the car park & transfer !!!! There is only one lane & barrier to get out by the car & also for transfering bus. So it is taking long & have to wait long in the Q. Need some improvement to get out for the bus. Thanks Patel

Buses are always on time and pretty regular, staff are friendly and my car is very safe in this carpark.

You need to have your booking ref to hand on exit otherwise you end up holding up other cars behind you. Other than that its value for money

Instructions on return could be updated ,clearer,but overall very good

Pre-booked for car park 7, however this was full on arrival so advised to park in 6, which doesn't have the high security fencing! Everything else fine - transfers frequent, location of office on arrival convenient. Staff helpful.
