Long walk to the bus, it doesn't run inside the car park so you have to walk to main road, drivers very good though. 7 was closed so had to use 6. We managed to find a good parking space and felt the car was safe. On return the machine didn't recognize that we had paid so we had to press the button and give our booking ref. no. Fortunately I had read about this problem on previous reviews so I had all the info to hand just incase!!

well signposted, good transfer to and from the terminal, no complaints and would certainly use again.

Parking is very expensive compared with northern airports. The bus driver was surly and not helpful The bus stop is poorly signed from inside the building. The car was safe - but the expense would deter us from flying from East Midlands again.

Car park well signposted on arrival at East Midlands. Plenty of space available and transfer bus arrived very promptly. Return bus service also very good . Slight delay exiting car park - would not accept ticket given out upon entry - but a phone call to staff from the gate immediately solved the problem. Thank you for making parking so simple, will definetely use your service again .

only complaint was that it wasn't clear that there was more than 1 row D in car park 7 so we went to the wrong place and thought the car had gone. we used the phone at bus stop to the office and the man explained clearly and was very helpful. we found the car eventually but this added to our travel time with a small baby. just felt all this could have been explained better on booking info maybe or at car park on arrival.

The first time I have used East Midlands. The transfer to departures left us with some distance to wheel the cases and the coach had no sttorage racks for the baggage, causing clients to have to block the aisle. The car park surface left something to be desired and the was inadequate numbering of the bays on the tarmac'd sections. We had to quote our booking details at the exit barrier, causing something of a delay to the following vehicles.

I had to take a ticket at the barrier even though I had pre-booked it, because I was a bit in advance (1/2 hour). So I went to their car park desk once back from my trip and asked them to validate it (I didn't have to pay any supplement). Transfers from/to the car park are very regular and drivers are very friendly. Bad note: It is not clear where to find the transfer bus stop close to the arrivals. All in all a very good service!

The car park was easy to find and had plenty of spaces. The instructions were easy to follow. The bus picked us up very quickly when we arrived and again when we returned. The bus was clean and the driver helpful.Would definitely use again.

My exit ticket said I owed £88 and would not let me out.The person behind me had to back up so I could turn round. I saw one of your staff, I had to go back and eventualy found the call button to get help. At no time did I get an explanation of why my ticket failed and got the impression I was a nucence.

Easy to book on-line, find and park. Road surface not smooth but ok when driving slowly. No staff seen as automated service - Keep keys with you. Frequent buses, not overcrowded.

I was happy leaving my car there as security was good and we kept hold of the car keys in the full knowledge nobody would be moving the car. The bus arrived as we were walking down and waited for us which was appreciated, the journey only takes a few minutes and drops you outside the departures door. On our return the bus was waiting again and took us straight there. The location of the car park is great because on exit you can get straight onto the A road and don't have to drive around the airport internal roads. Better signage as you come through arrivals could be slightly better directing you to the buses.

I found it extremely easy to book online and was very impressed on arrival by the efficiency of the gate. The car park had plenty of spaces and there was not far to walk to the bus stop. The bus came very quickly to take us to the departure gate and we did not have to wait long when we arrived back in the UK either. The only issue that we had is when we inserted the ticket and were instructed to pay a further £41 despite having pre-paid £29. The man on the phone was very helpful, checked our details and off we went. I would certainly use the car park again.

Last time we used the car park many people were confused by same letters different colours layout of the bays. We never had much problem because we tend to use a land mark to remember where we parked, but to some in could be confusing. Overall a good simple experience which we shall use again as we live near the airport.

The staff were very helpful and efficient. Would definately use this airport parking again.

easy to find signposted well just a easy sat to our holiday and no problems on our return

much prefer east midlands for both flights and parking.good all round this year, no complaints whatsoever.

arrived back at 12.30am transfer bus was waiting when we came out of the arrivals building and within 10 mins we were back at car park and the driver dropped us right by the car. NB it would be worth including in the information about the parking to state that on arrival back at east midlands the transfer buses are on the left when leaving the arrivals building.

it was easy to book on line and cheaper that way but our only point we must make is that when we approached to barrier we accidently pressed the wrong ticket machine i think they are too close to one another and not very clearly marked, im sure there are many peole out there who press the wrong one by mistake quite often, but apart from that, excellent
