Great parking facility, close to the airport and the transfer was very quick once we had landed and that was at 12.30am which was great. Would definitely recommend

Everything went ok with the number plate recognition, this time!!! The only 2 gripes i have are when you arrive back at East Midlands and go to the stops at the back of the Spar you don't know where to stand, needs some signs and my other one is when we got on the bus to go down to the airport there were people on the bus going back to the car park as well as going to the airport. It was havoc until the people were all off.

When we arrived the bus came almost immediatley and the same on the way back.The price was good and the overall experience was excellent.

We had to wait for the "next bus" as the service was so slow one bus was full and the next bus took more than 15 minutes to arrive. Very disappointing in comparison with other airports and costs.

We got parked straight away and straight on to the shuttle bus, which was also ready and waiting for us when we arrived back at the airport. Fast, easy and convenient...couldn't fault it.

Only waited a couple of minutes for each leg of the transfer. Automatic plate recognition on the way in, inserted ticket in way out. Faultless..

Excellent strress and hassle free parking - will definately use again and reccommend.

although a distance from airport we found it didnt compermise on our holiday bus staff very freindly and didnt have long to wait for bus

Very easy to use and regular shuttle buses make it easy to arrive at check in on time!

Transfers from carpark to departures were regular and efficient, drivers also ensured that on your return you knew where to catch the bus. Staff at the help desk were also realy helpful.

Booking was straight forward, parked then the bus arrived, drivers frendly and called out at each stop, will use again great service.

Everything was OK, it is on the perimeter of the airport as you would expect. The shuttle service was not too bad although we did wait longer than 8 minutes each way, but not too long. Overall it was fine.

The number plate recognition did not work with our car and when we entered the ticket on departure it told us we had to pay again. However, we pressed the intercom button to talk to the security guard and gave him our customer booking ref and we were let out straight away. It was very efficient and reliable and I would use it again.

as above really easy to book and strai. ht forward on arrival both ways ,no delays or hanging around for ages.Well sign posted .

everything was as expected. straight in, picked up at a bus stop, one near every parking space. straight through to airport. pick up was brill too. will use again. well worth it. thanx.

An all round good experience. promptly booked. Was able to park in the short term park for the duration of my trip as I'm disabled and only had to cross the road outside the terminal to check in. Will be using you again during December when I'm off cruising again to escape Christmes. The car park it's self in clean tidy and modern.

The service was excellent, good value,buses were on time, customer service very good. I'll use it again.

only problem was on my paper work it stated carpark 7 which is no longer there it changed its name to economy 1. so i was in a rush to check in because of this. no harm done though and i would use you again. thanks
