Pleasant experience would park there again Did not have to wait long for shuttle bus and driver was very friendly

A bit far out from airport hence the shuttle service but didn't have to wait long.

thought that the parking charges were on the high side having recently parked at manchester terminal 1 within a few yards of the depature area for £50

Excellent but the coach driver could have assited the older travellers or those with young childern.

On entering the car park the number plate recognition failed so that when I left I had to get the ticket revalidated at the parking office, meaning I missed the bus and had to wait a further 25 mins for the next one. Not too efficient!!

The only probelem we had was that the machine did not produce the required ticket. Your staff were helpful and sopke very clearly. We were issued by their instruction with the ticket but warned that this may be rejected when we tried to leave. This in fact happened but again the staff helped us very positively.

The car park was easy to find and the transfers for very good definately use it again

Parking in Car Park 7 was just as good as parking in a closer car park, much cheaper too. The shuttle buses make life a lot easier, in my opinion there is no need to pay additional tarrif to park closer. The shuttle driver made sure that everyone was aware of which bus stops we were at at all times, which is what is needed.

Efficient and easy to use. Better value for money than others I have used.

£62 is too much for a 2 week parking in comparison with other airports also the signage to car park 7 is appalling when returning.

Booked Shuttle Economy Car Park 7 But used short stay Car Park 1 with my disabled pass.

Hassle Free and cheap parking service. Shuttle bus drop right outside terminal both ways. Highly recommended

Basic secure parking at a reasonable price. Although it is a pity that East Midlands Airport have a near monopoly of car parking in the area which restricts competition and keeps prices higher compared to airports such as Birmingham Airport.

Excellant service. As soon as we were out the airport, the shuttle took us straight to our car, even though we were the only ones on it. Will definately use them again.

Easily accessible from whichever way you enter the airport.Automatic entry and exit enables you to pass through the facility with no hassle leaving you free to get on with your holiday or trip back home. With frequent transfers I would recommend this service 24/7. Dr Guy.

Parked the car and got straight onto shuttle. Only took a few minutes to terminal. When we came out of arrivals got a bus straight away.

All went well when I finally convinced the attendan6t we had payed online has there was no record of us on the system for some reason.

On return trip the driver wasn't familiar with the new signposting so wasn't able to advise the best drop-off spot. Only a minor point, but the vastness of the parking areas can be quite confusing.

Although the car park is relatively far from the Airport, it was well signed and we had to wait only about 7 minutes for the bus.
