The car park was clearly signposted. I got the transfer bus 5 minutes after parking the car, it only took about another 5 minutes to get to the terminal. The return journey was simple - the bus picked up right outside the airport doors!!

very good lighting and clean transfers punctual to and from airport i have used car park 7 a few times and will use again just park your car keep your keys take a bus no messing about on return you have your car keys so straight out you go so quick.

Easy transaction and plenty of available space. I would however have preferred better security.

We were booked into car park 7 which seemed miles away but the bus collected us and delivered us to the airport within minutes. The bus was also waiting for us when we cleared customs. Overall, the service was excellent.

Parking was very easy, the coaches were very quick, and getting in and out was exeptionally quick.

My first experience of airport parking,couldn't fault it in any way. The buses were regular and transfer to the airport was quick, despite having parked in the car park which was furthest away.

We parked in car park 7.We had the wifes mother with us who is disabled and uses a wheelchair.After getting her on the bus the driver said that we could have parked on the short stay car park next to the terminal for no extra charge on production of her blue badge.I think this information should be avaliable when making the original booking. I never like parking at East Midlands Airport. For such a small airport, the car parks always seem a long way from the terminal and the signpositing of the exits from Car Park 7 - showing how to get out of the car park itself and how to get from the car park to the nearest motorways - is very poor. However, I have no complaint at all about the arrangements I made with Gosimply.com.

the parking barrier did not reconize number plate which made it a bit long winded on departure,was hard to find staff at that time night other than that was ok

Excellent service with regular covered bus stops to hop on which means that there is never too far to walk with suitcases. Do be aware though that when wet, the car park surface is stones with lots of pot holes, so muddy puddles are to be expected. Do ensure sensible footwear is worn.

Parking and Buses good. Only problem I had was Car Park 7 is in in two parts which are very similar. Not clearly marked Car park A and B.

booked online which was good.. small charge to pay by credit card which I would have prefered to have been included in the original price. Found car park easily, barrier did not recognise my number plate for some unknow reason so when I came to leave it asked me to pay another £52.00, eventually let through barrier once I found my booking number.... a bit of pain at 11pm to find it but hey ho! Also forgot to make a note of the number of the row I had parked in so bus dropped me at a different number 7 car park to what I parked me car in so myself and another family spent 20 minutes in the rain looking for our cars in the wrong number 7 car park ;( All in all good value and very close to airport and transfers immediate.

I was pleased with the service. It could be improved by making it much clearer BEFORE you arrive as to how to enter and exit. This would speed things up. Make it obvious when pre booked that all you have to do is to wait for the PNCR to deliver your ticket. One exit make it obvious that you just put in your ticket the correct way (as per arrow). I had to carefully read the instructions at the barriers which slowed things down for everyone. Hope this helps.

Fast and easy to book. The only issue was i changed the vehicle the day before we were due to leave. Although i was assured the booking would be changed on arrival we had to take a ticket to enter the car park even though the car reg that was on the ticket was the one i had previously changed the booking to. This then led to us having to press for assistance on our return and cause a tail back of other travellers keen to get home at 12.30 in the morning.

Our car battery died whilst we were away and a very kind gentleman from the office helped start us up with his battery pack. Extremely professional and courteous.

never used east midlands airport before, found the carpark only making one wrong turn where it said to go straight on and you were supposed to turn left,access into carpark quick, easy to find a parking space and shuttle service good from park to terminal. did not know where to go to get bus back as signs not clear and did not see any buses waiting to give us a hint. Did get bus from another stop with some others who also didn't know, driver a little narked a we were told we should have got on nearer to the airport. a map on display both at bus stops and on bus showing pick up / drop offs may have helped. but otherwise experience generally good.

The car park felt safe and secure. Travelling alone and being at the car park in the dark early hours was fine.
