When you book Comstrad Parking's superb meet and greet service at Stansted Airport, you drive straight to the terminal, hand over your keys to their uniformed driver, then head directly into the terminal to check in. Arrival Procedure

As you exit the motorway, call the car park phone number provided in your confirmation email to confirm your intended arrival time and the chauffeur will provide instructions on where to park. If the chauffeur is dealing with other customers, he may not be able to take your call immediately, in which case you should follow the signs to the Short Stay car park and drive into the Red car park, taking a ticket at the entrance barrier. Park your car at the roadside by the covered walkway opposite Row N. By this time your chauffeur should be free to take your call. The chauffeur will inspect your vehicle for pre-existing damage and also ensure your travel details are correct. Please have your return travel details handy. After signing to confirm these details, you will receive a copy for your records. For your safety, every chauffeur carries personal ID and details of insurance, which are available for inspection.

Departure Procedure

On your return you will receive a "Welcome Home" text message from the car park as you switch your phone on. After collecting ALL luggage and clearing customs, call the car park phone number provided in your confirmation email to advise them of your return. After you pass through Customs, turn right and exit the terminal building through the door opposite the Zone D check-in sign. Walk down the ramp back to the Red Car Park where the chauffeur will be waiting with your car and your prepaid ticket, which is required to exit the car park.

Your vehicle will be kept in a secure parking compound approximately 10 miles from the airport terminal.

  • As you exit the M11 at Junction 8a (towards Stansted) please call the car park on the phone number provided in your confirmation email to advise of your arrival.
  • Follow the signs to the Short Stay parking.
  • Head into the parking area and enter the Red Car Park. The chauffeur will meet you at Row M.

        Turned up late, drove to the drop off point, handed my car keys to a nice man and walked into the airport. Two weeks later arrived back, walked to the short stay car park, got in my car and drove off. Doesn't really get any better than that.

        Overall the service was pretty good, but trying to get through on the phone when we arrived and returned was just ridiculous, we hung on for over 10 minutes on our arrival and were actually in the car park and waiting before we could speak to anyone, and it was the same on our return. I have used other meet and greet services and never experienced anything like this, so I am afraid I won't be using this company again.

        Both when departing (leaving on holiday), and returning, we were kept waiting for around 45 mins. This was completely unacceptable and no explanation was provided. The whole idea of valet parking is to reduce waiting time and provide convenience. Comstrad did neither. Given that long stay car parks at Stansted are located fairly close by, next time I will use these as it is cheaper and would take less time.

        Having had a bad experience with a company I used on a previous holiday I was nervous about using another meet and greet company, however Comstrad did exactly what it said on the tin! Would recommend and would use again without question.

        The staff for both drop off and pick up were very courteous, friendly. Overall good service and I would recomend to others. Minor critisms are that there were short delays for both drop off and pick up although this wasn't really an issue, and directions where to wait were a little vague but I do appreciate that it's not always possible to park in an exact spot. note these are intended to be constructive observations :)

        When we phoned the contact on approach to Stansted we were just told to go to Red Parking row N - he could have told us we were looking for a guy checking a number of cars in, not the 'one-to-one' contact we were expecting. When we realised, all was fine, and the 'meeter' was very helpful and friendly. The return worked well, we were met within a couple of minutes and again the contact was helpful. The car was very dusty/weathered looking and had oak leaves in evidence at various body points, so we assume it had been parked under a tree somewhere!

        Very effiecient. They rang just before our expected arrival time (for dropping off) while we were driving to the airport to check everything was ok and to check our expected arrival time with them. Once we were near Stansted they gave us very clear instructions over the phone to get to them, - which nicely was right outside the entrance to the terminal. Upon arrival back into the country they were very efficient again, and we picked our car up where we'd left it with them, right outside the terminal entrance, and just drove straight out! Very good service. Would certainly recommend it and use it again when flying from Stansted!

        The email instructions for arriving at Stansted were confusing. However a quick telephone call and all was sorted. Although a later than had hoped for return of the car back in Stansted was compensated for by fantastic parking staff. Beats the awful and expensive train service from Liverpool Street.

        I would definitely choose this method of parking in the future, providing the cost does not rise too much. We are senior citizens and found this to be a much easier way to park the car, no hanging about for coaches to take us back to the car park where it is sometimes hard to remember exactly where the car was left. No hassle, no worry. Mr M L

        All worked really well. Driver was waiting for me when I arrived and then with the car when I got back. I could ask no more. Is so much better then fighting for the bus (which at Stansted is chaotic).

        Staff were exceptionally cheerful and did their very best to help. However, when picking up car we had to wait in the car park for about 20 minutes before car turned up. This could have been quicker as that night was very cold standing around waiting(possibly understaffed as clearly the rep was running around as fast as he could to help and doing all he could)

        It vastly exceeded our expectations. We had no problem contacting them on exiting the M11 and were directed to drive right up to the terminal building where we were met. The handing over of the car was efficient and professional with all the necessary checks being made. When we arrived back we had a text on our phone welcoming us back and when we rang the number the operative gave us directions to the short stay car park to pick up the car and apologised that it would take him 6 to 8 mins to get our car round in case it wasn't there. However, by the time we had gone through customs and ambled to the car park he and our car were waiting for us. All necessary forms and checks were made and everything was in order. It was lovely just to be able to drive straight away from the airport without having to queue for the free bus back to the car parks. We would and have already recommended them highly.

        It's been the fist time that I have used a Meet and Greet service at Stansted Airport. Having had the experience with other companies at LHR I would like to say that I was impressed with Comstrad's customer service, their friendliness, their punctuality - I will definitely be using them again.
