When you book Comstrad Parking's superb meet and greet service at Stansted Airport, you drive straight to the terminal, hand over your keys to their uniformed driver, then head directly into the terminal to check in.

Arrival Procedure

As you exit the motorway, call the car park phone number provided in your confirmation email to confirm your intended arrival time and the chauffeur will provide instructions on where to park. If the chauffeur is dealing with other customers, he may not be able to take your call immediately, in which case you should follow the signs to the Short Stay car park and drive into the Red car park, taking a ticket at the entrance barrier. Park your car at the roadside by the covered walkway opposite Row N. By this time your chauffeur should be free to take your call. The chauffeur will inspect your vehicle for pre-existing damage and also ensure your travel details are correct. Please have your return travel details handy. After signing to confirm these details, you will receive a copy for your records. For your safety, every chauffeur carries personal ID and details of insurance, which are available for inspection.

Departure Procedure

On your return you will receive a "Welcome Home" text message from the car park as you switch your phone on. After collecting ALL luggage and clearing customs, call the car park phone number provided in your confirmation email to advise them of your return. After you pass through Customs, turn right and exit the terminal building through the door opposite the Zone D check-in sign. Walk down the ramp back to the Red Car Park where the chauffeur will be waiting with your car and your prepaid ticket, which is required to exit the car park.

        We arrived at Stansted having been told where to park and had to wait about 10-15 mins for someone to arrive who quickly checked over the car and allowed us on our way. On our return to the UK we called the number as advised and again were told where to go to collect our car and it was there waiting for us once we had made our way to the car park. Fantastic service I would highly recommend!!

        Drop off of vehicle went very smoothly excellent customer service could not be faulted. Return however was a bit different called to say was on way and was quoted 8 - 10 minutes reality was 35 minutes ( the bus would have been quicker) guy who dropped off car very abrupt although luckily I had seen the man who collected the car and he was very polite and smoothed ruffle feathers. Would book again but wary of return as that was when I wanted the speed. Perhaps if there are delays a phone call back would have been nice! Further than that very good

        We were given conflicting instructions when arriving at the airport. As your booking details state we were told to go to the red car park row m/n this we did after a considerable time waiting my husband rang again and was told to go to the union flag, this was impossible from where we were without needing special clearance from the car park personnel who were kind enough to let us out of the car park. When we did manage to get to the newly appointed area the female member of staff was not interested in the fact that we had wasted 30 minutes trying to meet with her and I believe did not think I would follow this up. On our arrival back at the airport, we rang again and was advised that we needed to go to the red car park (we query whether we needed to go to the same place where we'd dropped it off)and wait at the end of row m/n this we did and waited for approx 15 mins, we than had to flag the driver down because she was driving too close to the car in front of her (same person who had given the confusing details at drop off) and was unable to see us even though we were at the appointed place. I'm not clear how/why the directions for drop off were changed but it would be useful if this possibilty could be mentioned on the booking form, alongside how to get around the airport site. We have used your service previously and found it to be courteous, friendly and reliable which certainly wasn't the case this time. I welcome your comment about our delay and service recieved.         This is the second time we have used a meet and greet service and feel that they make the start and finish of the holiday stress free. There was a slight delay in the collection of the car at drop off but none on return. I would use this Company again and recommend it to others.

        For only a few quid more than parking in long stay i thought i would give it a go, my flight was at 6;40am and going straight to the terminal was appealing. had a 3-4 min dropping of the car and no more than 10 picking it up. As long as the price is right, i would use this service again.

        I have used a few valet services and used Comstrad for the first time on a recent trip. They were excellent and very forgiving given we forgot to call 20 minutes before arriving the airport. I highly recommend them. Plus the guys were great!

        Overall good experience, although the following could be improved: 1. Drop off location at Stanstead could be much better sign-posted/marked. 2. The return of the vehicle was not as prompt as expected. Lastly, an optional valet service for a reasonable additional cost might be of interest to some customers, as the car was quite dirty after a week at the airport.

        First time using Greet & Meet, little wait for the driver to collect car, but not too long, was much better upon arriving home (very early and late flights - but made the journey much more bearable). Would recommend

        we was pleased with the service ,but would recommend ringing before they say because when we got through to them we was nearly there and had to wait for them to come.Coming back no problems We do think they need more phone lines

        We had to wait half an hour for our car on return - they told me go to the red area in Stanstead and well be with you in 7 mins - after 20 mins I called and they said they would check and call me back - no phone call - eventually turned up after 30 mins without any appology. I could have jumped in a cab and been home in that time - which kind of defeats the object of the service. Wont be using again

        waiting for us on drop off, and contacted by text as we were getting off the plane on arrival. Staff very friendly and efficient

  • As you exit the M11 at Junction 8a (towards Stansted) please call the car park on the phone number provided in your confirmation email to advise of your arrival.
  • Follow the signs to the Short Stay parking.
  • Head into the parking area and enter the Red Car Park. The chauffeur will meet you at Row M.
  • Full instructions will be provided after booking.
