When you book Comstrad Parking's superb meet and greet service at Stansted Airport, your vehicle is stored in a compound with electric gates and double perimeter fencing for added security. Departure Car park exit fee of £2.50 applies (up to 30 minutes).

As you exit the motorway, call the car park phone number provided in your confirmation email to confirm your intended arrival time and the chauffeur will provide instructions on where to park.

If the chauffeur is dealing with other customers, he may not be able to take your call immediately, in which case you should follow the signs to the Short Stay Car Park and drive into the Red Car Park, taking a ticket at the entrance barrier. Park your car at the roadside by the covered walkway opposite Row N. By this time, your chauffeur should be free to take your call.

The chauffeur will inspect your vehicle for pre-existing damage and also ensure your travel details are correct. Please have your return travel details handy. After signing to confirm these details, you will receive a copy for your records. For your safety, every chauffeur carries personal ID and details of insurance, which are available for inspection.

Despite following all the instructions, ringing in advance and arriving at exactly the booked time I was parked at the "drop off" point for 15 minutes waiting for the driver to pick up the car. I reeceived no apology when the driver did turn up. On my return I waited 40 minutes from my phone call after collecting my bags. We did spot the poor 2 drivers (the only ones workin!) running to collect other cars whilst we were waiting in the cold. A totally unacceptable service

Drop-off was super fast, driver waiting on arrival. Had to wait 20mins on return. Car wad quite dirty (exterior) on return. Staff were very friendly. Will use Comstrad again.

The service is cheap and reliable. When we dropped the car off the service was friendly and efficient. On returning we were 5 minutes late at the meeting point and got "told off" for this. When the driver came to us he was clearly very surly and unfriendly because of having to wait 5 minutes. He did not greet in any - not even a "hallo" Although this is a good service and offers value for money I was very disappointed with this attitude. after all, we are still paying customers

About a 10 minute wait for the car which arrived a lot dirtier than when I had brought it;profuse apologies were given & seemingly there was insufficient time to clean the car. I accepted the explanation & certainly prefrred to have the car delivered 'on time'dirty rather than to have waited longer for it to be cleaned.
