Comstrad Valet Parking reviews

I had used Valet paring before but never at Stanstead and the service was seamless. I was delighted with everything thank you.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Comstrad Valet Parking. Seemless handover at both ends of the journey. Will always use this service at Stansted in preference to any other.

I have never left a review for anything before but I feel compelled on this occasion to leave a glowing report! It couldn't have been easier- we dropped the car at the airport entrance with a very friendly representative; we took off on our holiday and on our return we were greeted outside by an equally friendly and extremely helpful driver- all we had to do was get in the car and go home! A totally stress free experience. Ideal. Thank you very much :)

I was booked in for 5am. I rang at 4.50am as I came off the motorway as instructed. The man told me he couldn't deal with me until 5 so to ring back then. As I had nowhere to go I had to park which cost me. Then I rang at 5 and was told to got to the short stay. This I did and then waited for 20 minutes for someone to come. I also rang them several times and no answer. The staff were friendly however and the pick up was fine. I use meet and greet services all the time and this has been the worst of them I'm afraid.

Previously, with valet parking at Stansted, we've dropped the car at the main entrance and gone straight in to the terminal. This service involved dropping the car at a short-term carpark, and a longish haul upto the entrance. This was an issue for us. On return, in spite of giving plenty of notice and, again, making our way down to the car park we waited for about ten minutes in flurries of snow. We had to call the service again. The guy in the office blamed the driver, and - guess what - the driver said the office hadn't let him know. We'd have spent less time in the cold using an ordinary car park and using the shuttle bus. Very disappointed.

Very efficient, no problems at all despite the early start and poor weather on departure. Driver even helped with luggage. Reommended.

Great, we returned to very cold weather, the driver had the car running for us so that it was nice and warm. No hanging around, fast and friendly. Will definately use again.

Although we were over 2 hrs late on our return flight, the car arrived in the red car park within minutes of us walking over. I wish Ryanair were as efficient!

5 stars - they are the best parking service we've ever used. Always on time, friendly, great value and so forth. Highly recommended.

The driver was prompt for collection and drop-off. The price was good. The only tiny issue was that the telephone operator called me madame three times despite me correcting to sir twice - Listen to what people are saying please!
