our first time using valet parking, we found the service very efficient, easy to use and good value for money. The car was returned very promptly and I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Would definately use again.

I would use this service again, On arrival we had to wait just a few minutes for driver to pick car up. On return we did as asked and called after we got our bags, however we did have a 20 minute wait which was unexpected. Just a little disappointed in that because we were all tired and just wanted to get home. The Staff were friendly however I drive an automatic and when the driver pulled up he asked me how do I get the key out of ignition - come to find out he never put it in park he just put handbrake on and left the car in Drive this is what prevented getting the key out.

A first class service! It was straight forward and the staff knew my car and recognised my name straight away whenever I rang them. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

The return pick up was marred by a delay due to, some customer related problem, although they did ring back and advise. The exterior was in a rather dirty condition, and drivers mat also,the Drivers explanation was that there were ongoing Building/roadworks near storage site,not as good as previous experience.

It was the best ever service I have received from an airport car parking service. I certainly will reccommend you to all my friends.

I chose Comstrad because of their competitive price but was slightly concerned about some reviews I had read. The staff were friendly both collecting and delivering the car. In addition we were met punctually and the car was dropped back on time.

Simple to book, simple instructions when arriving at airport and on the return. No waiting around. Friendly staff. Would certainly recommend and use again. Quite simply the best way to park at Stanstead.

Good, and prompt service. If only one minor point, the 0400 drop off time is not clear on your website.

The reason I have given a poor score to customer service is due to the reception we received when we arrived at Stansted Airport, in the pouring rain, two hours late, having been held up in a traffic jam for two hours and subsequently missed our flight. We did not consider the attitude of the person who greeted us as particularly friendly. Comments such as "You're two hours late!" and when we asked if we could retrieve our car if we couldn't get another flight that night and needed to get to a hotel for an overnight stay, getting the response "When we take your car away you can't have it back today!" were not conducive to good customer relations. The staff meeting and greeting customers need to be aware that sometimes customers arrive feeling very stressed having been involved in quite stressful situations. The last thing customers need in those situations is to be greeted by a beligerent individual, particularly when that individual is just about to drive your car away. Fortunately we were quite satisfied with the remainder of the service, the operative who returned the car was polite and helpful. The car appeared to have been left in a muddy field and needed a good wash when we arrived home.

Seamless, trouble free and easier than airport parking the old fashioned way!

Good experience, I will use the service again. I hopw same services are available at all other airports. One suggestion, £2.80 exit fee may be included in the total price and car should come directly to collect. Even as it is, a good value for the money. Thanks

Good, but had to wait a while on arrival and collection. I think they should tell you to call them earlier! Also not sure why they don't drop the car off at the drop off car park which is cheaper.

We waited only a few minutes upon arrival for a friendly man to take our car. Upon returning from our holiday the car was already at the meeting point waiting for us. Really good service. Thank you

This was the second time I've used Comstrad and on both occasions the service has been swift, friendly and provided a very convenient way to arrive at the airport. This occasion was the first trip for us with our 2 year old daughter, not having to park and get on a bus with everything that travelling with children entails was a dream!

It was a little bit daunting to book service from the cheapest provider with very few different customers reviews, but all went well according to the plan. Can recommend.

Was a bit worried when we booked as it was so cheap for a service which collects your car right outside the airport and brings it back to you right outside the airport. Glad we went ahead, everything ran smoothly and people were very polite. Spot on time no waiting about. Will defiantly always use you when flying from Stansted EXCELLENT SERVICE WELL DONE

I would recomend this service to anyone.We left the motorway and cale don the phone, arrived at the airport and the car was picked up in 5 minutes.When we returned we rang after picking up our luggage and by the time we had walked to to car park the car was waiting much to the envy of other passengers waiting fo rthe bus. We will use this again definitely

The switchboard was slow and we constantly got shunted back to the first menu again (This happened both leaving and returning). There was a 15 minute wait to collect the car on arrival, and the person we spoke to on the phone gave confusing directions ("turn right to the orange car park" where it should have been left.) I will probably not use them again
