Service mostly good but disappointed that customer service cannot be conducted over the phone(officially). Particularly disappointed that iPhone charger had been borrowed from car and not returned. Am still waiting to hear back about this...

Cost effective, but felt I could have been helped more when I had clearly made a mistake re drop off.

The man that we called to say we were close to arriving at Stansted was the rudest, most arrogant and unhelpful person I think I have ever come across. I would never use this service again.

We have never used a drop off and pick up service before and were quite apprehensive about it particularly being late for the appointed time slots and having to pay extra etc. But it was all easy and trouble free so we will definitely use this service again. Many thanks

The driver was a bit late on arrival and collection but it was still a lot quicker than going to the long stay and getting the bus. I will defiantely use the service againa nd would recommend it to anyone. Good value for money and really friendly staff.

Telephoned from the sevices near Stansted, arranged pick-up easily, no waiting at the airport, polite and friendly staff, similar arrangements on return. Good service, recommended.

I was a little worried that this might be a sham of some sort when I saw how cheap the service was compared to other online meet and greet offers. But it all went fine, no issues at all. The drivers were helpful and friendly. I was very pleased with the service and I will use Comstrad Valet Parking again.

This is the third time to use this service and it's my last. Late to return the car on the last two occasions - 25mins from phone call to car delivery on return leg of journey (flight on schedule). Other than this, the staff are professional.

It was great to be able to drive staright to the terminal and have the car taken away from the drop off zone. The return was also hassle-free. Staff were responsive and punctual.

I was travelling with my 82 yr old mother, drop off was excellent, driver waiting on arrival at airport. Very pleasant and efficient handover. On return I called the number for collection, told the car would be 15-20 mins, made our way to meeting point. Had to wait 45 minutes - torrential rain and gale force wind meant we got very wet and cold, I phoned after 30 minutes and no apology, told it would be a "few" minutes, 15 minutes later the car arrived. The driver seemed surprised when I told him I had waited 45minutes and found it to be unaccaptable. I won't use Comstrad again because of this.

First time I have ever used Valet Parking. I would most definitely do it again as the efficiency and ease is terrific - everyone terrifically nice and helpful, man-on-other-end-of-phone included!

Unfortunately my Land Rover was damaged when I used Comstrad .It had also covered 32 Miles ..Which I feel is rather a lot . Their system for dealing with complaints is totally automated and you can only contact them by e mail. Their e mail response assured me of a response and hopefully a conclusion within 14 days ..This time has now passed and they have not even responded to my last e mail as yet .. So they don't seem too good when there are problems .

Had to wait when dropping off the car for at least 20 minutes. Then on returning the vehicle it was about 30 minutes. Only to realise we were standing in the wrong area - this service drops the car in the more expensive parking space than a service I had used previously. The agent was rather rude and unpleasant. Not a great service ad I probably will not use them again.

Second time this year iv used this service and wil be using again in sept. Excellent value for money, friendly staff & very quick collecting & returning my car. Keep up the good work & a big thank you :-)

I called Comstrad as we left the motorway and we were given directions to meet the driver and he was waiting for us when we arrived. On return we called the number and was told where to meet our car and the driver, unfortunately we misunderstood and ended up waiting at the wrong car park! We did call them again and finally found our car in the correct car park.
