Couldnt ask for any better, called as we got off the motorway, someone waiting for us when we got there. Then waited about 5 minutes for the car to turn back up. Only thing thats not mentioned is you pay about £2 to get your car out the carpark but its still cheaper than the rest. 10 out of 10.

The service is cheap and reliable. When we dropped the car off the service was friendly and efficient. On returning we were 5 minutes late at the meeting point and got "told off" for this. When the driver came to us he was clearly very surly and unfriendly because of having to wait 5 minutes. He did not greet in any - not even a "hallo" Although this is a good service and offers value for money I was very disappointed with this attitude. after all, we are still paying customers

About a 10 minute wait for the car which arrived a lot dirtier than when I had brought it;profuse apologies were given & seemingly there was insufficient time to clean the car. I accepted the explanation & certainly prefrred to have the car delivered 'on time'dirty rather than to have waited longer for it to be cleaned.

First time I had used this service, so I was a bit apprehensive - but all went according to plan. Very friendly, polite service and ready to meet me, no concerns.

On our return were we told we needed to pay £2.80 to exit the red car park! Having read all the small print on our receipts there is no mention of this! I would appreciate an explanation. As a result I am unable to recommend this site to others.

I told the driver on pick up NOT to use key fob lock ONLY key as it sets off the alarm , this was not done so the alarm was going off for a week, so on pickup we had to wait in carpark around 20 mins as the battery was flat and car wouldnt start for the driver to bring the car to us. and the car was returned with a flat batterey

Everything was all right except someone got into the car with muddy shoes - probably driver....??? I'm not sure where they parked the car, but I got it back with muddy tires...:(( A bit disappointing, but overall it's a good deal.

Couldn't be easier, don't know why i ever bothered with costly airport parking, you dob't even have to walk to your car.

No text message when we landed, but not a problem for us. Our flight was delayed over 15 hours on return, but the car was where we were told, and the XS car parking charge was to be expected in the circumstances.

Over exceeded my expectation. Customer service and driver were very polite. It was good value for money.

This our first use of Meet and Greet type of service and for the Money it was well worth it, all went loke Clockwork, well to all for providing an excellent sevice. Barry and Marlene Creak.

A very efficient and friendly service - drop-off next to Stansted departure terminal and pick-up from the red car park (we knew we'd pay the £2.80 fee). A special mention for the return pick-up. The man on the phone heard our toddler crying in the background and suggested we wait in the warm terminal until he was a couple of minutes away. It was a very kind gesture at the end of a long journey. Highly recommended

First time using a meet and greet service at Stansted and was very impressed. Excellent value and courteous drivers, only slight niggle we had to wait approx 10 mins at set down, apart from that perfect, will definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Have used the service many times before. More than satisfied. Takes all the hassle out of parking and catching a bus to the terminal.

If there was any criticism it was the answer phone service which did not seem to be in synch with what was going on with the call. Otherwise the drivers were expecting us, and were very friendly

Arrived early no problem just waited 5 minutes, friendly driver. Collection went smoothly after ringing went to designated collection point car arrived the same time as we did. No hassle. Would certainly use again.

Very efficient and friendly drivers one of whom had my car warmed up and waiting for me even though my plane had arrived late and, as a consequence, I did not emerge from the airport until well past midnight. I will strongly recommend the service to all my friends and colleagues. Exceptional value for money

It would be easier if there was a single number to phone for arriving at the airport. To try and choose an option whilst driving could not be done safely, so I had to park up on arrival at the airport and incurred an additional parking charge.

No problems whatsover, and paid only 44 GBP for 10 days during peak Christmas holidays. My plane arrived late and they were still there waiting, would use again if priced competitively.
