I will use this service again, as it delivered what was promised with no problems at all, and made our holiday much less stressful at the early hours we were travelling!

The staff were very friendly and were there when they agreed to be so no waiting around. The costs were worth the money, half of what i would have paid onsite, so would definetly use Comstrad again when parking at Stansted.

It was a pleasure to not have the hassle of finding a parking space at Stanstead, and the greeter at the airport was on time and very helpfull.

Staff both at the telephone and on collection / delivery could not have been better. Definately worth the money.

This was a great service. We rang as we arrived at the airport and someone came and met us and the same on the return. It was so nice walking out of the terminal a short way and having the car ready to get into. It saved so much time. I would definately use it again.

we travelled to sweden from stanstead with 4 and 7 year old children. friendly staff. easy instructions to meet. on time. plane delayed on return. no problem . very friendly and helpful staff. made us feel at ease and comfortable later at night. even had traffic info on m25! we will use again.

Hand-over of the car was on time and straightforward. On our return, the driver phoned me before I had a chance to phone the number provided! He then delivered the car back to me within minutes of our arrival at the pick-up point. This was the best valet parking I have experienced so far. I would certainly use Comstrad again.

I wish we had used this service previously. Everything was very easy. We drove to the parking lot next to the terminal, unloaded our luggage, and met with the service representative who was waiting. Minutes later, we walked into the terminal to check in for our flight. It could not have been easier.

Only problem we had was on departure. Wrong number supplied on documentation when booked so called when instructed and got no reply. Panicked a little but fortunately approached representative in Red car park who was collecting another car and he explained I had been supplied with wrong number. After that all went very smoothly. I would recommend and use again, however do think company need to address the info given on booking (via internet) as this make us anxious.

This service was introduced to us by our son. It proved a perfect start and finish to our mini break in Italy. We had an early morning flight and a late return flight home, so it made a huge difference to be greeted by a friendly chap who was there to help us. We would certainly use this service again and have in fact already recommended it to friends and work colleagues.

Could not fault the service, were there when we arrived to take car away, already waiting in car park on our return. Will always use them when I fly from Stanstead. First Class Service!!!

I phoned when we were approx 5 miles away from the airport and was given clear instructions to meet the driver in the short stay car park. On return from holiday, I phoned to say we had collected baggage and that we were heading for the car park, when we arrived at the designated spot the car arrived within 2 mins. No hassle at all. Checked the car over, not sure where it was parked because it was a bit muddy round the wheels, but other than that it was fine.

The meet and greet service was good value for money and even cheaper than some of the off-site parking! The drop-off was very easy. The picking up of the car was confusing as we had to stop and ask different people where to pick up our car, however our car was waiting for us.

The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, there was no hassle dropping or picking the car up and no queuing for a bus, I will definitely be being using the service again.

Arriving at the airport for departure was made extremely stress free because Comstrad Meet and Greet were there waiting. On return the service was excellent being there straight away for us. I would definitely use this service again. Staff were also very friendly. Thank you

This was the first time we had tried meet and greet, but we will definately do this again. With a young baby it saved us loads of time and hassle, and just simplified the whole parking, unloading and organising experience. Dropped off the car right by the terminal so was easy to find and get back to. Great service.

We used this service as it came up on the internet as the cheapest parking alternative at Stansted - it was an added treat that we didn't have to park way off-site and then do the shuttle to the airport. Both at the departure and arrival the meet-and-greet service was waiting for us as soon as we called! We thought it was great.

First time we have used a valet car park - it was easy to book, service was punctual and very very convenient, especially when you've just driven 300 miles from plymouth to Stansted!

only hitch was getting back to the car park, using a mobile within the airport against a background noise of jostling passengers, tannoy announcements made it difficult to catch all the instructions. would recommend to friends and colleagues

The staff were excellent, helpful, friendly and made a real contribution to the ease of the journey. Would definately use this service again
