When we arrived it was pouring with rain and parking staff took us under cover of tirminal with our brollie which he then put back in the car,brilliant! On our return car was waiting for us,no hanging around for bus late at night.I advise anyone to try meet and greet facilities !

We arrived too early but the Staff didn't make us wait too long.I think the instructions for Pick up could be written on the Paperwork. Would defiantly recommend this Service.

Directions to airport good, difficulty in hearing and initially contacting service providers and had to try two or three times to get through on mobile,had to eventually move to different area of car park before successfully getting through which was a bit frustrating, we had parked in services close by Airport as we had arrived rather early,did have to wait ashort time for car pick up,Other than that the providers where polite. Would use service again though only if they remain competative with other parking providers.

We were dubious as other valet sevices were £20+ more expensive then this one but we decided to go with it and have to say the service we received was fantastic! We travelled with our 5 month old daughter and had no problems whatsoever. We arrived an hour earlier than planned but there was no problem accomodating us. We will defeinitely use this service again!

As above. You have to give the driver 15-20 minutes warning (then you don't wait at all). All good.

Overall the experience was a good one. The man collecting our car took about 10 mins to turn up, but that was not a problem. The man delivering our car was a bit late, but that was due to roadworks. The staff were polite and efficient. The car had done the expected mileage. Would definitely use them again.

Good service but car returned filthy on the outside. We were toldit wasbecasue there was a burst water main by the compound.

so easy, drive up to front of airport, unload, handover keys, sign inspection report and into airport. On return 5min wait then car arrived, handover keys and off we drove into the night.

Very simple and efficient service from the Comstrad staff with prompt collection and delivery of car in a friendly manner.

When we arrived near Stansted we make the phone call to let the company know we had just left the motorway. By the time we got the the drop off point there was someone already there. He was very pleasant and professional and explained in detail the best direction to go when we came back from our trip to pick the car up. Very efficient and reliable service. The only negative point is that the car was a bit dirtier than when I left it.

A convenient and reliable service that I would use again and recommend. My car was returned with only 7 miles on the clock. The phone was answered promptly and the arrangements were clear. I was told 15 minutes from when I collected my luggage. I did have a slight worry that perhaps it was a scam and my car would not be seen again, but am pleased to report that it was returned punctually.

You feel like a VIP and have immediate confidence in the meet & greet service as well as the prompt delivery, but all at a sensible price.

As the car park fee was so reasonable I wondered about the service bearing in mind "you get what you pay for"! However, I cannot fault this service which made arrival and departure from the airport so simple and stressfee. All the staff we had contact with were courteous and helpful.

After a horrid journey on the m25 & m11 we arrived very stressed to stanstead. We then had to wait 15-20min for the driver. I'd advise if traffic is bad phone earlier to allow the driver to get there at same time. Otherwise very efficient, on return car was waiting for us.

Very reliable service. Car returned a bit muddy, but definately value for money as service is polite, reliable and excellent.

over all good service polite and friendly with a smile. good value just a minor thing the car was not as clean exteriorly as when we left it but no problem

Everything one would expect from a Meet and Greet service and more! Will definitely use again if needed and would recommend to friends.
