I was very happy with the service provided. Just one minor point though, it's a nuisance having to have the exact £2.80 in change for the parking machine when colleting the car. Luckily there was a taxi driver nearby whom I was able to exchange two 5 pences pieces for one 10 pence piece - it was 11.30 PM and this could have been a problem!

Returning car took longer than anticipated and frustrated especially as it was cold and raining. Could make it easier by allowing people to phone once passing passport control,

I was slightly nervous after booking as i then read some negative reviews, however we had no problems at all. Though you need to phone a premium line number to contact the company my calls were answered quickly and on both leaving and returning representatives were with us very quickly. The car was returned as we left it, would use this service again.

A bit late on collection despite us ringing 10 minutes before arrival, so we had to wait in the drop off zone. Pick up fine though. However about twice the price of what I have paid at other airports.

Drivers and those on the end of the phone very helpful & friendly. When we fly again will definately look to see if they are operating out of the airport we are flying from. So much easier than parking offsite and catching the shuttle to the airport.

We couldn't believe that it worked out cheaper to use this valet parking service than to pay for mid-term parking. It was also faster and easier to use, avoiding the need for shuttle buses. Very polite and friendly staff made the expience very easy and stress-free. We will use Comsad again and recommend to others.

The only drawback was time to offload and get vehicle. Having used service I know to call a bit earlier than your suggestions. Very happy and made a big difference for my holiday, thanks.

Cheaper than the cost of long term parking which translates to great value. No hauling cases on and off buses. Staff very friendly

Good Service, how ever on pickup both front car mats were covered in mud,suggesting car was stored in a field or gravel yard.

WE WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED AND WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO USE YOU AGAIN. THE STAFF WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND VERY FRIENDLY AND IT ALL WENT VERY SMOOTHLY. THIS IS DEFINATELY THE BEST WAY TO PARK IT WAS TOTALLY HASSLE FREE. THANK YOU.

The service was superb. The drivers were very helpful and the whole experince was stress-free. I would definately use them again.

No problems at all. The car was collected 5 min after we arrived at Stansted, and the car was returned to us 5 min after we got to the short-stay car park on our return.

Your driver was waiting as promised. Handover quick and easy. Collection equally easy - called as directed, and the car was returned without any waiting at all. Only small quibble, I wasn't expecting to pay to leave the car park, it was only a couple of quid, and I probably just forgot - or didn't read the instructions properly! Overall very happy - will be using you again.

Excellent & hassle free service. Only gripe is 0845 number & sometimes busy for them to answer but otherwise good. Friendly drivers.

I would not consider using the car parks ever again after using such a good service for the same cost ( or less) than parking your car for a few days. How nice to klnow that on leaving the terminal your own car will be with you in minutes if not already waiting.

Upon dropping my car off they were 20 minutes late, and I also found out that when I come back I will have to pay for the parking ticket. So it's really not meet & greet at the terminal. Upon return I called after I received my luggage and was advise to walk to the parking lot which is about 5-10 min walk and I still waited 20 minutes before my car arrived plus I had to pay £2.50 parking ticket. Worst customer service used a 0845 number and had to call a few times before someone answer the call. I highly suggest to all NOT to use this company. Very bad experience.

Everything was great until we had loaded up the car and then realised that the driver's side (all of it) of the car had been splattered with some liquid that "looked" as if it had effected the patina of the paintwork. When we got home we tried to wash it off - but nothing would remove the marks. However after driving the car in the pouring rain the marks disappeared (maybe acid rain?!). So all good now - but a little alarming for a while.

Our car was returned with a broken door window. When we rang to tell them they told us to read the small print and then to sue them if we were not satisfied. It cost us £160 to replace the window, don't use this company.

The drop off was effient, very friendly and the car was waiting for us when we got to the car park to collect. Will use next time and was excellent value for money.
