Mercury Meet and Greet Parking

As you exit the motorway, call the car park at the number in your confirmation email to advise of your intended arrival and the chauffeur will provide instructions on where to park. If the chauffeur is dealing with other customers, he may not be able to take your call immediately, but he will know you are on the line and your call will be answered as soon as possible. Your vehicle will be inspected for pre-existing damage. Please have your return travel details to hand. Your vehicle will be driven to a secure parking compound away from the terminal building.

After collecting all of your luggage and clearing customs, call the number in your confirmation email to announce your arrival. After you pass through Customs, turn right and exit the terminal through the door opposite the Zone D check-in sign. Walk down the ramp to the Red Car Park, where the chauffeur will be waiting with your car and your ticket to exit the car park. This ticket is valid for 30 minutes. PLEASE NOTE: Customers are required to pay a fee of £2.60 to exit the car park.
