Mercury Meet and Greet reviews

A bit surprised we were told there was a 15 minute wait when we rang en route to Stansted but it was fine as we were early. Return was better, rang them on the way through passport control and car was waiting. At the proce we pais, would use them again

The staff were there to greet us at 6am and they were very polite and helpful. Would only use Meet and Greet again. It was worth every penny

First time using this service and very pleased with it. Beats waiting for buses and lugging around suitcases. Will definately use again.

20 mins late to meet on departure. About 10 mins wait on arrival, which is acceptable. So, no real problems. Would use again if price competitive.

All fine on the meet.we were on time and the chap was pleasant. On return we called as directed,but no one answered ,it went to answer phone. After a few calls(we were cold and tired) there was finally someone who picked up and was really rude and curt.No apology,he said there was no one to pick up the answer phone message,he was out and about. Disappointing attitude.

Great system,arrived at the airport to be met by helpful staff. However on return only one driver to return customers cars! One other customer in front of me so he had his car in quick time, I had to wait for this driver to get a bus? and then come back with my car a little while later (10 mins or so). Apart from that little disapointment the service was good.

As usual a first rate service for half the price of any other. I was only sorry I didn't have any pound notes on me to tip the driver, I will make up for it next time.

Very good service and very prompt. The only thing however was that someone had turned on the sport button on my Fiat 500, not sure they needed to just to park!
