Staff friendly and efficient waiting time a bit a bit long on return journey. Extremely dissappointed at the condition of my car on return. The inside and outside of the car was disgusting there was mud everywhere it cost me £15 to have it cleaned. As we arrived late in the evening I did not see the condition until the following day we will never book this again.

Very efficient service that worked smoothly and went to plan. I would not hesitate in booking it again.

Very good service - driver turned up within 5 - 10 minutes both dropping off and returning. Very courteous. Good value. Will use again.

Best value. Called in good time. Waited 20 minutes after arrival at designated spot. Friendly staff member. Car returned, again about 15 minutes after arriving at collection point. Car FILTHY !!!!!!!!!!! Muddy, dirty. Friendly staff member.

Waited 30 minutes in cold before car arrived back at airport. Initially told this was due to the car being blocked in by another car that wouldn't start. Was then told that if I had booked the premium service, the car would have been delivered immediately. Call center person had real attitude too. Wouldn't use this company again.

I recommend the service although its important to remember that reception might not be great around the airport and getting connected to the driver for the drop off was a bit stressful as it is not easy to stop by the road. I then waited 15 min for the driver to arrive which I was not expecting. Upon return the car was delivered promptly and overall it was a good service at a good price

Mercury Meet & Greet were by far the cheapest option for leaving my car for almost 6 weeks. The service was excellent & can't be faulted in my experience apart from having to use an 0845 number from my mobile but the money I saved using them offset the cost of the phone call by a long way so won't let that put me off & prevent me from recommending Mercury Meet & Greet.

I was very early which did not bother your call up centre and the instructions were clear about where to meet and then greet on my return. The Orange car park was right opposite the entrance ramp so close to the terminal. Good service.

A very quick service and excellent to be met so quickly on departure and return.The mileage on the car was over 30 miles though so not sure where they park the car,but a very good service and will use them again.Made our journey so much better.

The staff we dealt with were polite & friendly but it took over half an hour for our car to be returned when we landed. It was also covered in mud & had over 40 miles on the clock since we left.

Very reliable service. Stress free travel. However the car was a bit dirty once I got it back (mud under the wings)

Good value of money. Good service. Just not sure where the car was kept because some leaves around and the first driver said that the car will be park on Airport property by when I received it was 22 miles more on the clock.

Dropping the car off was a doddle. Picking the car was slightly delayed, because of a traffic hold up.The car had quite a few leaves on it. (Parked under trees?). I also closely monitor my fuel consumption and noted that it had dropped quite a bit. (Heavy right boot of drivers?) All in all I am likely to use again at Stansted.

On arrival by car, we phoned from the motorway and guided to the drop off point where the car was collected immediately. On return we rang from the baggage collection point as we picked up our luggage and were instructed where to meet. The paperwork had advised on parking payment and this was confirmed by the driver who arrived with the car after a few minutes. The weather was very poor and the arrangements made a big difference to our comfort with a 3 hour night drive ahead. Great service all round.

Great service - pleasant staff - would use again. Wait to return car slightly longer - was 20 mins from call to car arriving but still happy.
