Had to wait 30 minutes to get my car - reason cited was cold weather at 3 degrees C!!

Friendly staff waiting on arrival at 4:15am! On return we were told car would be 20 minutes and it was (time for a coffee). Will use them again.

The staff were not friendly at all when they returned my car. I also had to wait for 30 minutes in the cold.

On phoning the office to tell them at terminal, was put in answer phone queue, waited about 8 mins, then on arriving had to wait 24 mins for driver and on return, very similar situation, not good enough, pay more and get better service.

It worked perefctly. Very friendly people. Timely pick up and delivery. And at a good prize. Thank you!

Excellent value and service, would highly recommend this service and would definitely use again.

We left home early due to bad weather but staff were ready for us and soon arrived to take the car. On our return having 'phoned as requested the car was ready for our collection. Overall very smooth service which we would use again.

It was very easy to book on line and the staff were very easy to deal with. only slight down side was had to wait for 5 mins when I dropped off car and collected car.

Great service, even after we phoned to say we were nearly there then took a wrong turn and arrived 40minutes late they were very understanding and came back for us later. The car came back covered in snow which was fine except that I wonder how he drove it to the airport safely as I had to clear a lot before I could see through the windows! Would definitely use again.

I have used various meet and greet services at Stansted and fortunately have never had a problem with any of them. My experience with Mercury was equally as good, they provided a prompt service at both ends combined with the best price at the time. I would certainly look to use them next time we fly from Stansted.

Half hour wait to pick up the car after the flight, car looked like it had been parked in a muddy field. Not impressed with the service as have used them many times before with little problems.

I've used Valet services before and this was the cheapest I found this time round and will definitely use them again. They should include the car park exit ticket in the price but used our credit card so it was fine.

Mercury did exactly what they promised ; they just made it all so easy and took out all the hassle of the long/medium term car parks at less cost. A no-brainer!

The agent who collected car was courteous and explained the procedure the agent who returned car was unprofessional - he met us asking us to sign form but not allowing us to check the car - when I said I would not sign the form before checking the car he just walked off saying we didnt need to sign the form anyway and he couldn't wait whilst we looked over the car as he had to met other people - I think if time can be taken for the agent to inspect the car prior to it being taken away then the same procedure should take place for the owner to check for any damage on collection

Last time I used this service it was fantastic. This time the return of the vehicle was very slow, even though I called to say I was ready to collect within 2 minutes of the stated return time. I was told it would be 25 minutes and in fact it took 40 minutes before the car arrived - would have been considerably quicker using the long stay option. However, the price is good, just a shame the service was not up to expectation. I would probably still book again in the future.

Email instructions were very good and easy to understand. Driver was polite and punctual, smooth and fast transfer from car to inside terminal. My only critisism was the state of the car - it was very muddy on the outside! Overall very good service and great value for money - would use again and recommend to friends.

Best value for money and best service I have ever found. cheaper and far better than all those busses

Thoroughly impressed, much cheaper than using the car parks and the collection and drop off were excellent.

Much easier than parking the car and then getting the bus to the airport.
