driver was waiting for us as we arrived and when we returned from holiday the driver was there with ourcar within 10mins. Excellent!

Web-site should state clearly that clients still have to pay for exit to the car park. At Heathrow (T5) Meet and Greet, this is included, so we do not have the hassle of having to pay to leave the car park.

Was apprehensive when booking as have heard some bad reviews for airport car parking firms, but no need to worry, very professional staff, car as we left it - petrol and mileage. Would use this service again and recommend to friends and family.

Easy to book. Easy to park and easy to get on the road home. A truly excellent and courteous service.

It is much better than a Long Stay parking: you save time (you do not have to wait for a bus), you save energy (you do not have to carry luggages to the bus stop)and... you save money!

Never use anyone else, best value and you can't beat the service with a smile. I would not bother with a review but in this case they deserve one

think money could be saved by meeting in different car park, red car park is £2.80 and you leave immediately car is delivered so less than 10 mins to sign paperwork, pay ticket and leave.

I used mercury meet and greet 30/3/2012 and could not fault it one bit. On arrival driver was here within a couple of miuntes and the same bringing car back. Excellent service, highly recomended & i will be using again for sure. Thank you

A bit surprised we were told there was a 15 minute wait when we rang en route to Stansted but it was fine as we were early. Return was better, rang them on the way through passport control and car was waiting. At the proce we pais, would use them again

The staff were there to greet us at 6am and they were very polite and helpful. Would only use Meet and Greet again. It was worth every penny

20 mins late to meet on departure. About 10 mins wait on arrival, which is acceptable. So, no real problems. Would use again if price competitive.

All fine on the meet.we were on time and the chap was pleasant. On return we called as directed,but no one answered ,it went to answer phone. After a few calls(we were cold and tired) there was finally someone who picked up and was really rude and curt.No apology,he said there was no one to pick up the answer phone message,he was out and about. Disappointing attitude.

Great system,arrived at the airport to be met by helpful staff. However on return only one driver to return customers cars! One other customer in front of me so he had his car in quick time, I had to wait for this driver to get a bus? and then come back with my car a little while later (10 mins or so). Apart from that little disapointment the service was good.

As usual a first rate service for half the price of any other. I was only sorry I didn't have any pound notes on me to tip the driver, I will make up for it next time.

Very good service and very prompt. The only thing however was that someone had turned on the sport button on my Fiat 500, not sure they needed to just to park!

Timely and smooth receipt of the car when we left for our holiday. Similar experience when we returned. Delivered the car after midnight (we had been delayed over two hours) even though they officially close at midnight. We were most appreciative. THANKS Mercury ! John & Eileen

Met on time, car in good condition, courteous gentlemen each time, slight wait for car to appear on return. About 24 miles on the clock so factor the petrol cost into the cost. Overall - would recommmend.
