When we arrived at the airport the driver was waiting. He gave clear instructions and checked the car. On return they answered the phone promptly and the car was waiting by the time we arrived at the collection point. The car seemed in order. The staff were polite and friendly. Yes, I would use them again.

I was given clear instructions when I booked, given a reminder nearer the date, I was greeted promptly and told where to go and how to regain car. was meet on time and the driver was helpful and pleasant.

I have used many meet and greet services at Stansted Airport and this stood out as the best all round service I have ever experienced.

the guys was waiting for me when i got to the airport. he looked over the car and sign off the peperwork in a matter of a couple of mins. when we returned he was again waiting for us. the service was all i expected. will use next time i fly from this airport.

The service would have been good except my car car was returned damaged, the company have denied any responsibility despite the paperwork suggesting otherwise. After a short and one sided complaints procedure I am left to repair the car myself and have to take legal action to recover my losses. A very poor experience all round. Avoid!

Attendant who collected car from airport, was efficient and informative and helpful, although few minutes later than he said he would be on the phone. The return service was spot on and we had only been at the red bollards for 3 minutes when the car appeared. Excellent service which i will recommend to others and most definitely use again.

No hassle, arrived at the airport and literally 5 minutes later the man arrived to take the car. On return, rang after we left customs, stopped at Costa to get a take away coffee and walked to the car park and the man was waiting for us - great service, will definately use again.

The service was fine other than having to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive at both collection and drop off. Have had better service in that respect on previous occasions with Mercury and also with other providers. Maybe they were just busy.

Despite complying with the process and being advised that we would be met within 15 minutes, it was almost 30 minutes before we were served and directed to our car. It appeared that others who weren't waiting so long were being served before us? Not the best of experiences!

An excellent service from beginning to end. Would recommend this to everyone who flies to and from Stansted. Better than long stay parking. Car picked up on time and delivered on time with no hassle.

A slight delay at the start but no more than 10 minutes and an excellent return alomost at the pick up point before I was! Definitely will use the service again.

I was very impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of this company. At the same time they were very good value for money, costing about the same as the best va Ue park and ride!

why pay to park in a long term car park when you can do meet and greet at the same price. Excellent service will use again
