I have used most of the Meet & Greet providers at Stansted Airport over the last 10 years and all have been good, but Mercury is the best provider I have experienced to date. Punctual, courteous, professional and friendly. And excellent value for money.

Extremely good value for money. Couldn't Park n ride for the same price. So who wouldn't go with meet and greet :) Would recommend them and use them again.

We booked Mercury Meet and Greet for the convenience as we were getting a very early flight. They answered the telephone quickly on arrival and were with us within about five minutes. The staff were very polite and efficient. Overall, a great service - would definitely use them again.

Would highly recommend, we had to drop our car over an hour later than expected as stuck in really bad traffic, had to run to catch out flight! They were courteous and helpful on the phone and waiting for us when we finally arrived , virtually threw car keys at guy and ran , they were really understanding and helpful.

The service was first class and was as exactly as described. I would highly recommend the company and will be using them again when travelling from Stansted.

The drivers meeting us were extremely helpful and punctual. Couldn't be better.

We have used Meet & Greet services for a number of years. The other company we used also provided a very good service, but we have found their prices have gradually been creeping up and are now quite high, I think there has been a change of ownership. We would definitely use Mercury again and will be making a booking for our Christmas trip. Mrs B Bond

As above the staff were friendly. However I was surprised my car radio had been set to different stations to ones I use. I didn't check the mileage before or after so cannot comment on this aspect. It seems strange that the stations should have changed.

following the instruction not to ring until we had our baggage meant that we were waiting 25/30 minutes in the car park. Perhaps next time I will ring when in the queue for immigration to alert them to our arrival

despite cancellation of original inbound flight, there were no problems at airport, and the return was efficient and courteous.

Parking staff waiting at drop off point and only had to wait 5mins on my return for my car. No stress.

Made the phone call and by the time we were in the car park, someone was waiting both ways. Would definitely use again.

Exellent service, staff very helpful and puntual for the collection and delivery of the car. I can recommend this company as I found them to be first class.

The service was very good. My only gripe is having to pay £2.60 to leave the airport car park when the car hasn't been parked in there, its only being used as a drop off point.

Despite I made a mistake in my booking and I arrived much earlier, they reacted very positive and the service was excellent. I will certainly keep this company for my flights from Stansted.

Polite, friendly assistant who was on time for both departure and arrival.

Very good service, directions clear and met promptly at car park. Quickly checked car & signed forms and we were off to check in. Phoned upon our return as passing out of customs & by the time we had walked to red drop off car park our car was arriving ready for a very quick getaway.

Excelent value for money. I got us late and if I wouldnt use the mercury parking service I would miss my plane! Staff were very freindly and efficent. I will be using them again.

There were no problems at all. This is the second time we used this service and both times it is infinitely better than the normal Park and them wait for a Transfer Bus. Like all good things, it will become uneconomic. The first company I used (for £90 for two weeks) now charges £140 for the same service. I set the limit at £100, irrespective of length of time as it is only a parking space of 3 square metres after all and the majority of the cost is the drivers wages. However, I will use it as long as I can afford it as it is an excellent service.

We fly from Stansted several times during the year and will definitely use you again!
