Official Valet Parking reviews

I was waiting for 10 minutes for the Valet Parking to arrive. Actually, they were already there, parked at the side of the road inside an unmarked white van. They did not see me parked behind them as noone had bothered to get out of the van to look for me. They apologised and blamed the fact that building works meant they couldnt park in their usual space. This of course has nothing to do with the fact that they were using an unmarked transit van and not looking for my car to arrive. So overall, not a happy customer...

easy to use. Just drive up to departures and drop off the car. Then follow their excellent instructions when you come back and the car is waiting.

Having a very early morning flight made me research valet parking - only a few pounds extra and all the hassle was removed - no lugging bags, waiting in the cold for a bus etc and an extra 30 minutes in bed. Photos taken of the car by the staff when we left it and ample opportunity to check the car on return, we will definitely do ti again.

Easy to find, prompt meet and greet. Quick exit and good value for money, will use again!

When I finally got seated in my car - it smelt of stale smoke - I don't smoke, and I don't expect anyone who sits in my car to smoke. Why don't you offer (chase it up) a Valet CLEANING service. I realise you have been denied the chance, but keep on chasing it up. It's insane that you are not 'allowed' to.

The collection of my car at the drop off point was fine and the driver collecting the car was friendly and helpful. However the pick up was atrocious! We had to walk for about a mile to get to the office which is in the short stay car park from arrivals in order to collect the car keys and then had to walk to the far end of the car park to pick up the car, all with 2 suitcases and 2 bags and raining heavily. I would have been better parking in the Long Stay Car park and getting the bus back to the car!

Everything went very smoothly when leaving the car, small problem when we returned, we couldn't seem to find the office to collect the keys and the car - perhaps we were just tired, it was about 1.30am! Overall we were very happy with the service, thank you.

The meet and greet service is particularly useful for those awful early morning flights when you are barely awake and the last thing that you want to do is park and get a bus. Everything ran smoothly with the staff efficient and friendly.

Having booked a last minute trip in Europe me and partner were in a rush as I booked early flights. Using gosimply made our lifes a lot easier. When we arrived at the airport we were met by the valet driver. Having used other websites this was not the case. We were given clear instructions for collection a car. Will use again.

Friendly proffesional staff, hassle & stress free service to get you on your way quickly outbound & return, would recommend to anyone the few extra £'s it costs it worth every penny .....
