Everything went very smoothly when leaving the car, small problem when we returned, we couldn't seem to find the office to collect the keys and the car - perhaps we were just tired, it was about 1.30am! Overall we were very happy with the service, thank you.

The meet and greet service is particularly useful for those awful early morning flights when you are barely awake and the last thing that you want to do is park and get a bus. Everything ran smoothly with the staff efficient and friendly.

Having booked a last minute trip in Europe me and partner were in a rush as I booked early flights. Using gosimply made our lifes a lot easier. When we arrived at the airport we were met by the valet driver. Having used other websites this was not the case. We were given clear instructions for collection a car. Will use again.

We are a family with 3 children aged 7 and under. This way of dropping the car off at departures is absolutely ideal for us. Nice and easy and a great way to start your holiday. On arriving back we followed the Short Stay signs and then Fast Track (I think) we found the Customer Service office and they gave us our keys and helped us with our luggage to our car. It is a bit of a walk to the Car Park but after a holiday we didn't mind, after all we weren't in a rush to get home!

Arrived on the forecourt and was met by a member of staff who was very friendly and filled in the form promptly and gave us the receipt. On arrival back we were shown directly to the car. We were very pleased with the service and would definitely use the valet service again.

We were very pleased with the service we received from booking to collecting our car at the end of our holiday. It was very quick and hassle free and certainly beats waiting for the bus (particularly with two children!). The staff were very efficient and polite and we would definitely book again.

Valet Parking is the most convenient and easiest way to leave your car. Wouldn't do it any other way.

The valet service at any airport is very useful especially when returning very late at night/early morning with young children but only when the car is returned to the drop off point outside the terminal building. At Stansted you have to walk quite a long way from the arrivals to retrieve your car it is not returned to the drop off point as at other airports, making this service a lot less useful.
