Easy to book; directions clear; transfer to airport straightforward; good value for money. Very pleased!

Ample parking and the transfer to the airport was convenient. I was away for 9 days and did not worry. Most of all it was easy to find and inexpensive for the 9 days.

Positive experience...first time have used airport parking and was fine. Make sure you write down where you left your car as there are lots of different a reas.

Despite the fact that the computer misread the number plate on our car - this was a very good parking facility. We did have problems on exit (as we expected) as it did not recognise the number plate and wanted to charge us £181.00 to get out. However, the customer services sorted it at the gate and all was resolved. Thank goodness however, that we had our Booking Ref with us. Vital if you pre-book. Will use again

Good and simple instructions for locating, operating barriers on entry and exit and picking up the transfer bus. Couldn't have been easier. Will use this service again when we fly from Stansted.

Efortless. Well run. No problems at beginning of stay or at the end. But the carpark fees were nearly as expensive as the airfare to Sadinia and back.

Very good value for money. Easy to Book. Stayed in long stay car park, just wasn't to sure what the mid stay one was as I only parked for a few days. Would definitely use again.

The wait for the bus from the car park to the airport was a bit longer than expected, but otherwise it was a flawless experience.

Perhaps the process of locating the car could be made clearer without need to relabel everything. For instance on the return we were told we were in the yellow zone but we were not aware of that when the car was first parked. Also one should be advised to note both the bus stop number and the car location on the back of the ticket.

Hard to find a space. The spaces were very small, had to get passengers out before parking!

Everything worked just as described in your comprehensive e-mail sent by you before our departure which was a great relief. Our transfer coach driver(on 8th Sept.) had a beautifully clear voice when making announcements.

I had a problem with the automatic number plate recognition at the gate. I had to call customer service.

We landed late and too many people had to wait too long for the return transport to the car park. Not exactly the best thing you want after a holiday and a long flight.

I'm really satisfied with my booking and my stay. Instead of book when you get there, go online and book from there cheaper. I can really recommend this!

Buses were late a full had to Waite for the 4th one before we got on. Personally I would pay for park and meet pay the little extra Worth it for what you don't get with this parking facility.

This was such an easy service to use. Very well sign posted and transfers very regular. I will definitely use this service again
