Very easy to use and book online. Also easy to get into the car park. No issues, would definitely use again and recommend it to anyone.

It was easy to book online, confirmation came through immediately. Directions were good and the car park was easy to find. Good directions to available car parking. Bus transfers quick and on time, no waiting around. Quick and efficient. I would use this facility again.

Found the place easily, directions good. Bus was waiting & set off just after I boarded. When I returned a bus was waiting on the concourse & got me to my car shortly after. If I have to use Stanstead again & I cant use the bus, I shall use the long stay.

much cheaper than other webb site and paying on the day always have our details correct and very helpfull staff when car would not start while waiting for AA man we were picked up by the car park staff and taken to a waiting area where we were given free coffee until AA arrived

Well worth the money, brilliant service, well light and sign posted would recommend it to anyone.

I didn't have any problems finding the car park. I was happy with the staff helping in the end leaving the car park.

Easy and convenient to use, if a little more expensive than I would have liked, especially compared to Heathrow or Gatwick. One major plus, after we landed after the holiday and were walking towards the Long Term bus stop, but still some 200yds away, the bus left. However, on spotting us, the bus driver stopped to pick us up. A nice touch!

Getting to and finding the long stay car park,good. Picking up bus transfer to airport very good. On our return the bus was already there so it was quick ride to the long stay parking though the bus seem to take a very long route back via dual carriage way! On leaving the car park we were held up at the barrier for several minutes as our prepaid and Valid Exit Card would not work And showed a charge of £240, there was a person sitting in an adjacent hut next to the barrier and he could not or would not help so I returned to the barrier and used the intercom to contact the office who told me to put in the.barrier card again on which the barrier Finally opened. Why a person was sitting next to the barrier and appeared not to be able to help seems somewhat strange! I would use this service again as it is very convenient but perhaps a friendly face would be nice.

The cost of parking at Stansted is now too expensive but there is little other choice. We prepaid and on leaving the car park the machine indicated we owed £160.00, which we did not appreciate after a late evening flight. The booth was unmanned so a member of staff assisted from the office with a indistinct, disembodied voice. This car park will soon price itself out of the market.

It was in general a very good experience. Easy to find a space, and get the bus to the Terminal. On the Bus going back to my car, the driver announced that there was a problem with the exit barriers. Told not to put our tickets in to raise the barrier, and someone would be the at the barriers to help us. There was nobody there to help and it was chaotic trying to get out for a little while.

I'm registered Blind and therefore parked in the durable allocated parking bays. Very well lit, bus stop conveniently placed in the parking zone, customer service representative so helpful when alerted them that we needed the transfer bus. been so easy to get around, highly recommended and will use again!!

I was really impressed by how efficient my parking experience was. Staff were extremely helpful and the transfer bus to the airport was waiting for us as soon as we had parked up. I don't normally travel to Stanstead but would highly recommend Long Stay Parking here as it's an easy and stress free way of travelling to and from the airport.

Everything was effortless. From the car to the terminal within 20 mins.

Car parking at Stansted has improved greatly over the years,we usually go for the cheapest options online as we fly regularly so this time it was the long stay that came out on top,and it was good not having to hang about in the snow as buses were prompt.

Easy to find and buses frequent. On returning was a bit confused with pick up. Went to the A-C stand and noticed there was a bus at the D-F stand with long stay car park on it. Wasn't sure whether we could board so had to ask. Otherwise no problems at all.
