Can't fault at all. Helpful staff, nice room, wakeup call on time! Hotel booked me a taxi to terminal 4 which was also on time. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Trouble free stay and extended parking. Refrigeration plant for beer had broken down so only expensive bottled variety. Food in bar area not recommended - it was fuel, but that was about it (and at best tepid rather than warm, let alone hot).

Hotel was a perfect way to start a holiday with an early morning flight. The room was clean and we were upgraded to an executive suite, very nice. We had 17 nights' car parking in with the package which was very reasonable. The only little grumble was the transfer to the airport in the morning as we called at various hotels en route and we were getting a little concerned about the time it took so I would recommend you allow plenty of time if using the Hoppa transfer. Apart from that, we were very happy with out choice.

No spaces in car park when we arrived, luckily someone was leaving so we took their space. Check in was fairly quick, but staff talked to each other when serving which was quite annoying. No faults with room. Check out easy. Collected keys from reception on return from holiday with no problem. Car was parked close to reception.

Car was parked under a tree which ended in bird mess all over the front end, also the car interior light was left on after it was moved making the battery run flat. They did eventually help me get the car started and offered to wash car, but perhaps this could have been checked before my arrival!

Good night sleep before flight, comfortable quiet rooms. Easy access to airport via Hotel Hopper bus service. Would recommend, as parking included in the room price.

The hotel is well placed for easy access to Heathrow Airport and motorway egress. Hotel staff extremely efficient and very helpful. Car parking at the hotel was very good value. I will certainly use this hotel again when flying out from Heathrow Airport.

All round pretty good experience and excellent value for money. I'll definitely check out Simply Hotels again. There is an Exec Car service to the terminals for £9, which is far more convenient and likely to be better value than the Heathrow Hoppa bus at £4 per person each way. Car was parked under trees so quite a mess after 2 weeks, otherwise safe and sound.

The price of this hotel was brilliant! We have now been here 3 times, and will do again for the parking and the overnight stop.

A very nice hotel and good value with the use of parking included for a week also. We did not use the transport to the airport as it would have taken nearly an hour on the Hoppa bus to get to the terminal we required, so instead we paid a bit more money and got a taxi which only took us ten minutes.

Good hotel, reliable pickup for the airport. A nuisance having to join the general booking in queue to hand in the car keys. Same on return, it would be better if the concierge dealt with the keys. If on the other hand you turn up with no queue in front, the service would seem superb.

If you can get a good deal and have an early flight to catch, this is probably the best way to go, Holiday Inn was more than acceptable for an airport hotel, not where you would want to spend two weeks obviously but it did what it said on the bottle.

We would certainly use Holiday Inn again. The Hotel Transfers meant we had a stress free time.

We had a young baby with the party, and cot was provided and water for bottles. We had a very pleasant and unstressed stay.
