Your staff take care at your costumers, many people like expend time in this lounge.

The shower was great and the food was awesome! I just wish the bar was open during my whole time frame but due to Ramadan t. I only got an hour with at the open bar.

As always the Dubai Intl. Business Class Lounge wows. You will not find a better deal for all you can eat food, drink, and desserts in the airport. The convenient showers do much to refresh the weary traveler. The service is very courteous and helpful. Only downside is a over abundance of under supervised children on occasion. The furniture could use an update; reclining chairs would be heavenly, but that is not to say the existing furniture is in any way deficient. Another pleasant sojourn during a long trip at the Dubai Intl. Business Class Lounge.

Lounge looks better on the picture than in reality. Food was average, not very good choice

Outstanding service - Excellent food - Comfortable Seating - Clean Showers - Attentive Staff. This is the best value and most comfortable way to have an extended wait at the Dubai Airport.

I stayed at the Dubai lounge outbound and my return trip. The food was good and plentiful, the showers were clean and the wait staff were friendly and helpful. I will be staying at the Dubai lounge again.

The ability to take a shower before transcontinental is really great after long layovers coming in from morning flights

if you like to relax if you want to spend exelent time during you stay in dubai aeroport you srtenly choos fyw hours to spend in ''go symply'' becouse you have ewerithing: internet,good food,shower bath, you can also take a naap on that big comfortable chears .

Comfortable (if worn) armchairs and good, regularly replenished food. Showers and toilets not so good.

Friendly staff. Good food, relaxing environment. Perfect for the traveler and a great way to depress before a transatlantic flight. I will book this every time. Well worth the minimal money required.

It was really a nice experience and I enjoyed the variety of food and alcohols provided. However the extension cost beyond five hours seems to be little expensive.

Great place to relax while awaiting your next flight. The food was excellent, the Internet access easy and fast and the seating was plentiful and comfortable.

As I travel thru the airport instead of sitting on the uncomfortable terminal seats. I have found the relaxing atmosphere there in the lounge. Comfortable seating. WIFI if I needed and computers if I did not bring mine. The food is good. Taking a shower before getting on the long flight to the US is also rewarding. Meeting people from other countries is fun there too. I highly recommend a break here before continuing on.

The chairs are comfortable. Food and beverages are plentiful. Friendly wait staff.

The lounge and customer service was great, very helpful staff, and very friendly, the only negative, was that most of the hot food, was Middle Eastern... but I guess we were in the Middle East, and not in Canada....so that was be be expected. But they did excellent job trying to accomodate me.

This has got to be the best decision one could make, if needing to get away from all of the traffic inside the terminal. It is a great experience. It is also at an affordable price. Thank you for having such places inside the terminals
