Once you get to the car park the service is brilliant.the staff are very helpfully and friendly even when the place is busy.the buses are clean and transfers straight foward.very impressed

Not the first time I have used APH - and it will almost certainly not be the last. Absolutely nothing to fault the service in any way.

It was very easy to find, staff processed car deposit and collection very quickly and we didnt wait for our bus transfer at all. It was absolutely stress free and very good value too! Will definitely use it again and will recomend to my friends. Thank you. Ms A Vagg

I found APH very good the driver's very helpfull loading luggage onto &off the coaches,quick transfers,only problem i had was getting back to pick up point,due to MY walking difficulty

This is a good value car park, staff were friendly and drop off efficient. The only criticism is that it's quite a way from the airport. This is fine if you're coming from East Grinstead direction, but not ideal if you're coming down the M23.

Would, and have already, reccommend to others. Easy to find, easy check in, friendly staff and very quick transfer to the airport. Even our flight arriving at a different terminal coming home caused no problems.

Didn't have to wait either end for the APH bus and checking in and checking out process couldn't be easier. Would definitely use APH again.

Easy to find location. Staff very helpful and courteous. Punctual transfer to airport and back to car park, literally within minutes. Drivers of shuttle helpful in unloading baggage. Very competitive rates.

I would definately use this service again, the best ive had and would definately use them again!! Great value for money!

The receptionist was a bit of a misery when I dropped the car off. But the coach driver was cheerful and helpful. The service at collection was first rate.

Had no problems at all,only had to wait about 10 mins for the coach on return, so no worries there. The staff were very helpful and we were in the car and away within 5-6 mins on returning to the car park. Would recommend this company to everyone.

There was a huge crash on the motorway and there was standstill traffic everywhere, but the bus took a back route and got everyone to their flight with loads of time to spare - what a great service. Will definitely use it again.

Had no trouble finding APH base as I found myself behind one of their coaches on the M23, but we did seem to go rather a long way from the airport. Very short wait to be taken to North Terminal, only other couple on bus were going there too so did not go to South Terminal. Return trip required us to be picked up at nearly 1am. Long wait at chilly bus stop. Then bus did not return direct to base but went to South Terminal and sat waiting 'just in case' although there was no sign of any possible passengers. Very frustrating when you have a two-hour drive home ahead of you and still need to be at work at 8am. But perhaps I'm being unfair!

A really easy transfer - more so because my wife is disabled & everyone was very helpful & aware of our situation - just one point - please provide a tick box for disabled assistance at time of booking!

The cheapest, transfer coaches are clean and the service is efficient. However, you should add an extra 30-40 minutes to your journey compared to 'on airport' parking.

Very easy to locate and the staff were very friendly on arrival. The coaches both to and from the airport were very clean with a courteous drivers. I would recommend this company.

First time of making the transfer on my own with the children so was a little concerned. But it was easy, the staff were friendly & helpful, & the transfers to & from the airport were punctual. Would defiantly use APH again without any worrys.
