EPG Parking offers a friendly, efficient meet and greet service based in the short stay car park of Gatwick Airport. A £3.00 exit fee is payable when exiting the short stay car park. Your vehicle is stored in a secure undercover facility until you return.

EPG Meet and Greet at Gatwick Airport serves both terminals at Gatwick Airport.

Please call EPG Parking on the car park telephone number provided in your confirmation email at least 15 minutes prior to reaching the airport to confirm your arrival time. You will be advised of the exact meeting point within the Short stay car park.

Follow signs for Short Stay (multistorey) car park, enter it and take a ticket at the barrier. The ticket needs to be handed to the driver.

Call EPG on the car park number provided in your confirmation email once you have collected your luggage. EPG will advise of the exact departure point within the Shrit Stay car park. There is a £3.00 EXIT fee from the car park. An exit ticket is only valid for 10min; you will be required to pay for any overstay.

The only comment I'd make is that I arrived an hour early and took a long tie to get through on either phone... So if likely to arrive early ring asap! Otherwise a good friendly and prompt service

Really impressed with pick up on outbound journey. Met as soon as I'd parked my car in the short stay. Really helpful driver. Return pick up, got clear instructions on where to meet. Just let down by being asked to pay a £3.50 exit fee, when I understood it had been paid for in the initial booking fee.

We arrived at Gatwick nearly an hour earlier than planned. The driver explained that he wouldn't be able to get to us for at least 45 mins, but we only waited for 30. Coming back the driver was waiting for us as we had an issue with a lost bag. All in all an excellent service and we will definitely be using it again.

I'd got a wee bit lost and I rang and they directed me into carpark, really nice gentlemen, polite and friendly. Coming home I was in baggage hall and he rang me to ask me how I was getting on and was I ready for my car, it's lovely to actually receive great customer service for a change, will be using you again and have already recommended to friends.

we had 2 cars being dropped off the gentleman that met us was delightful and made us feel very secure about leaving the cars. timing spot on absolutely no complaints would definately use the servicer again.

I was a bit alarmed when I read some unfavourable reviews but the service I received was courteous, friendly, on time. The car was only dirtier because it had presumably stood outside for ten days and the dust and rain had collected. I would use this service again! Thank you.

I was rather nervous after reading some reviews- but they were great, were there waiting both at drop off and collection and didn't mind our plane had been delayed by over an hr and arrived 1am. Impressed
