having used this service several times found all round good service.On time very reliable would recommend to anybody.

I was early, which was accommodated, we were delayed coming back due to problem with baggage, again not a problem and the communication was excellent, would definitely recommend

Car collected on time and returned promptly. Driver very friendly and helpful even helped load our luggage. Excellent throughout.

I have never used a meet & greet service before & overall we got what we paid for but I expected more. Our flight times weren't 9:00am-5:00pm & so we waited 15-20 mins at the car park at Gatwick on arrival & couldn't get through to the mobile number on return so had a further delay, about 15-20 mins.The car was untouched (we checked the mileage before leaving & left the car with no fuel) so in that respect it was pleasing as that's always a concern. Would I recommend? Probably..

Excellent service, friendly staff. All went to plan with no problems. Will definitely use again.

The drop off was hassle free and very close to the departure terminal. Pickup was very prompt (car arrived within 10 minutes of call despite my flight being 1 hour late). Price was cheaper than most other similar companies. Staff could do with a uniform to aid identification though.

We have used meet and greet services several times over the past Four years and have to say EPG has been the best so far no waiting on drop off or pick up,have booked again for our next trip.

I'm not sure why I booked this service as I normally go for the cheapest, but once we were there (many months later) it was extremely convenient and worked really well. We were trying to get extra luggage onto the plane and so having the car drop close was essential.

It was a pleasure to use EPG - they were on time both with pickup and drop-off and pleasant to deal with.

Excellent service - we were more impressed than we expected. They were even calling us before we called them. The staff were very friendly and helpful - no surly foreigners with limited English language - and the whole thing just couldn't have gone more smoothly.

An excellent service. The driver waiting for us on arrival was friendly and efficient. On arrival back to UK the car was ready and waiting and the again friendly driver even gave us a Sunday Times to read! I've used EPG before this occasion and each time they have provided an excellent reliable service - I will certainly be using them again. Thank you.

Overall the service was good. i was thought extremely disappointed that when my vehicle was dropped off, my front right tire was down to 14PSI and was driven like that to the drop off area. After a long flight the last thing i wanted to have to take care of is a tire that needed a bit of air servicing. the individual that picked it up should of at least put air in it and handed the car back exactly how it was dropped off. Also when the car was picked up when we tried to exit the parking garage we had to pay to exit, i thought that was unacceptable as well. i would how ever use the service again but only if these issues get fixed!!

Collected and returned car promptly and in a professional manner. When we have used other meet and greet companies, their staff have not spoken English as their first language making it hard to understand them. These were English gents.All good.

Just noticed that their prices are starting to increase so this may stop me using in the fuyure

We were really pleased with the service of epg on this occasion. They were very prompt and efficient. Keep up the high standard!

This was great value for money, less than half that of a taxi. Both pick up and drop off were smooth and the driver met us on time. On our return the flight was due to land at Gatwick North but landed at Gatwick South, we called to inform and that was not a problem. Will use again.

No hassle, no waiting. Drivers appeared with perfect timing on both leaving & collecting car - & they were extremely pleasant & courteous. Procedures are clearly set out & staff on phone were very efficient. Would definitely use again if flying from Gatwick.

Coming back - wonderful young man, very polite and even brought car to disabled drop off as i am disabled.
