When we arrived at the drop-off point the driver was already waiting for us after we had notified him of our expected arrival 10 mins beforehand. However, on arrival back to the UK the driver took 25 mins to bring back the car when it should only have taken him 10 mins. This would not have been a major problem ordinarily but when you have tired and hungry children, 25 mins seems like a long wait!

This was an excellent service. We will definitely use it again and recommend it to others. It worked without a hitch. The drivers were friendly and courteous and the car came back to us very promptly indeed.It significantly reduced stress at the start and end of the holiday. Our only minor criticism would be the rather terse manner of the people you phone as you arrive. However, it would certainly not prevent us using and recommending this service.

I can not fault the service provided - the ease of going from our car straight into the airport and back again without having to have an overcrowded bus journey at the start and end of our holiday. I can't believe that it was cheaper than using off site parking!

Thankfully we arrived early for our flight because we waited 25 mins for a driver to arrive. You cant park where you have to meet them because the warden constantly patrols the area so we drove round in circles for the whole time. However, I would use this service again because coming home was a breeze, no waiting and got straight on the road.

We have used Maple Manor 3 years running and have never had a problem. It is so much easier to use valet parking, especially when returning home after a long journey. The last thing you want to do is then get on a bus with 2 small children and all your suitcases and then have to walk across a carpark in the dark to find your car!

Used in August at Gatwick. Drop off service was fine with plenty of staff to collect car and efficient service. Trouble hit on return when they did not pick up the phone at 7am on a Sunday morning for over 30mins and when they did the female operator was surly and unhelpful, not what I needed after 18hours travelling. Car finally arrived 50mins after we first started to call - could have been on a courtesy bus in that time

I was extremely annoyed to have the driver demand a £2.50 surcharge for an early morning arrival when I actually didn't drop the car off till 7am. Also why wasn't this surcharge taken at the time of the booking when I informed you I intended to get to the airport at 6.00am? Also you didn't answer the phone on the morning of me arriving at Gatwick and I had to txt you to tell you I was at the airport

The procedure with Maple Manor Parking very simple and consumer focussed. We only waited about 10 minutes when we arrived, and the same time when we returned. However, we accidentally left our passports in the car on departure, and MMP returned the car to the terminal very quickly, such that we didn't miss our flight. Very impressed, and we plan to use from now on when travelling from Gatwick. Thank you!

Excellent courteous service takes the hassle out of parking at the airport. Such a pleasure to just unload your bags and hand over the keys without having to run around. Then on return the car is there waiting to be loaded and your on your way. Would highly recommend.

I booked having seen the reviews of others - and I'm happy to endorse them. The whole process was simple - pull up outside departures, hand over keys and you're done - no messing with finding remote car parks and shuttles to the airport. When we came back, we rang as we were at the carousel collecting our luggage and the car was waiting for us when we got outside the arrivals hall, so we could make our way home immediately. The people were prompt, professional and friendly. At the very least this saves you half an hour or so each way and for the small extra charge, I'd say it's well worth it - I would definitely recommend Maple Manor Parking.

priced almost the same as parking with transfers, but much more convenient when travellng with a 7 year old. No problem that we came through baggage reclaim 1.5 hours later than anticipated (lack of baggage handling staff). Understandably drop off is smoother than coming home but have already recommended to others.

I didnt know about the service before. It was excellent and vey convenient and the whole arrangement was superb, the staff were cordial and punctual and my car was returned in exactly same condition. I shal certainly use it again. My days of searching for parking at airports are over!

As a family we found the paking the best bit of the whole airport experince...We turned up half hour early staff member there waiting very friendly and helpfull and on return waited few minutes for car and staff member gave advice on road hold ups too ..very happy with all round great service 5 star

There was a problem getting through on the mobile phone when we were on our way to the airport as it was a busy time of day which meant we did have a bit of a wait for them to collect the car from us but in reality it was not a long wait and the man who collected our car was lovely. Coming back was a lot easier as the car arrived at the pick up point within 5 minutes of us getting there. We will certainly use Maple Manor Parking again and have already recommended it to some of our friends.

Collection of my car was OK but time having to wait for car to be brought back was too long,we counted numerous coaches leaving for car parks it seems to defeat the object.Ithink at north terminal reclaim is so close to the exit that once you phone you are outside,not very pleasant early in the morning when its cold and raining

I had to phone three times to be sure they were coming as they seemed confused that my plane had been cancelled and I was arriving a different day to what they expected. I eventually found one of their staff returning a car to confirm for me that they were on their way. It's a shame they say wait until you are through customs to call as it was another 25 minutes wait for them to arrive at least. Then I had an overdue fee and an early drop off fee to pay for which they had no change and expected me to overpay or not get my car back.

When I arrived at Gatwick North I was told of a charge I had to pay because my departure pick up was 5:30AM. When I made the booking on the internet, there was no mention of an additional charge and as far as I am concerned the contract was made at the time of booking on the internet. That was the time I selected 5:30AM pick up and that was when the total price was quoted. It is unfair then, at a later date, to impose an additional charge. Especially on my return when I do not have coins to hand. I am very disappointed with Maple Manor for this behaviour and would try to avoid booking with them in the future and will also tell my friends and colleagues about this experience.

Excellent service and great value for money. The only feedback we would provide is a clear marking of the drop off / pick up points (signs, flag, bright vest or a flashing light) as we had to do a couple of laps to track down a driver / marshall. All on all a great service and will be more than happy to use the service again

My wife suffers from MS and uses a wheelchair to get around. This service allows us to go directly to the terminal and takes away all of the problems associated with travelling to and from the car park. Maple Manor Parking provided an excellent service. They were prompt and efficient. On our return we were driving away from the airport less than 45 minutes after the aircraft docked.

Excellent service, taking stress and hassle out of parking. With two small children, we were able to leave the car right outside the terminal building and likewise meet the car in the same place on arrival. We waited no longer than 5 minutes and all went smoothly. Many thanks, would definitely use again.
