Buses came quickly outside terminal and delivered us to the bus stop near to our car. We were out of the airport quite quickly after clearing Customs

I found the car parking facilities very close to the Airport and the bus was quick and convenient and I would definately use gosimply.com again and recommend to family and friends.

Having tried many services we find that Long Stay Parking offers the best combination of local airport parking, availability and frequent transfers to meet our needs.

Good quick transfer on departure but a long wait on arrival. arrival area full of smokers so this didn't help during the long wait for the bus.

easy to find, easy to park and find the bus stop and fast transfer to the terminal. on return journey bus driver was great, asking all passengers which car park they were in and which stop in said car park was required.

Only one problem, on leaving car park we put ticket into machine and it asked for payment when we had pre-paid on line. But girl in office was helpful and sorted this out fairly quickly. Otherwise an excellent service

Not clearly signed on entry, on exit machine did not accept ticket, a rather abrupt attendant told me to leave car a go to office where ticket was validated, no apology, disappointing attitude.

Arrived and found parking space ok and buses were quick and efficient. However, although we had paid in advance, we had to go to customer services and have an argument about this despite having paperwork with us. We were told that the company we had booked through did not provide the parking place with registration numbers, as if that was our fault! Maybe they should insist they do this to save customers having arguments after long-haul flights. Would possibly reconsider where to go next time.

Apart from the above attributes there is nothing better, when returning from a long flight, to know that your car is waiting for you, with no need for trains, buses, or tubes.

no problems with parking, transfers and collection, very easy and hassel free, however we did have a problem when returning due to our flight being 15 hours delayed, the airline told us that we would not have to pay any additional airport charges as their ground staff had notified the airport parking of the delays, but this was not the case and we had to pay an additional £9.50 which we have to reclaim back from the airline.

We found the car park easily following the instructions given. We arrived rather earlier than expected after a very long drive (8 hours) through the night and decided to have a little snooze in the car. On waking we found that the bus stops in the zone we were parked in were no longer active.(The zone had been closed) Once we realised that there was an intercom inside the bus stop to ask for assistance our situation was speedily resolved. We were advised to re-park our car at the next "active" zone and get the bus from there. The problem was entirely of our making and was handled speedily and efficiently by the staff We were not charged any extra for arriving earlier than we had booked for either We shall definitely use this facility again in the future. Highly reccommended!!

It was easy to book on line with clear guidance, it was also very clear once we got to Gatwick. It was also good value for money and nice to know your car was 'being' looked after.

The directions to the car park were clear and precise, we were dropped off at the S.Terminal in good time, despite pre-booking I still had to go to the ticket office to have the ticket validated on my return to the car park. The collection point from the S.Terminal wasn't clear and at 2.30am in the morning following airport signs only to find the actual collection point was elsewhere at S.Terminal wasn't a pleasant experience and directions should be made quite clear to all concerned. However saying this, I would be quite happy to use the car park on my next visit to Gatwick.

The ANR did not recognise my number plate and had to go to customer services exit the car park.

This parking was easy to find, the staff were polite and helpful, the facilities adequate, and the transfer was fast and efficient. I will definitely return and would feel happy recommending this service to friends and family.

Easy to park with no booking in required. No contact with the staff other than the bus driver. Rapid transfer to the South terminal. This is the quickest and easiest car park at Gatwick.

I travelled early morning from London. Car park very easy to find and was in the airport in 10 minutes. Same when I returned, bus waiting on my arrival and I was on my way home in 15 minutes. Very satisfied and would use again. Highly recommend
