used many times before, always good value for money, staff are friendly & transfers always on time, so, why go anywhere else?

Have used several carparks when travelling from Gatwick. Found the Summer Special Parking very convenient, a competitive price and speedy transfers to and from the airport. Well done Summer Special!

quite troble free on arrival, near to the airport, arrived at airport very late due to flight delay and had to wait a little time for a coach but generally very good

Service was good but had to wait quite a while on return journey and as a result bus was overcrowded.

We Holiday at least twice a year and allways use Summer Special Parking. It is convenient, hassle free - which is what you need after all the "Are you sure you packed the Imodium"? - "Have you checked the flight times"? It is in the right place with regular bus service to terminals. Accessible from motorways- Just A tip - Make sure you allow yourself enough time in case of motorway mayhem as I allways find its better to arrive a little than to arrive DEAD on time!!- Enjoy YOU'RE Holiday and let Summer Special Parking look after you're cars holiday!! after all

Value for money. Staff efficient. Overall fairly happy, though required to wait 30 mins for transfer to airport, not the 20 mins advertised. Would use this service again, but allow plenty of time prior to flight.

All was fine until the return pick up. Waited far to long for bus-could not get on as to many people who had missed the one before.

Summer special parking easy to find and parking and booking in went very well. I'd certainly use them again.

coaches were very punctual and spacious. car was looked after and easy to locate upon our return.

The booking in clerks were not particularly helpful and gave instructions on transfers too quickly to hear/understand what they were saying. The signs were quite difficult to follow on the roads into Gatwick, as they were not illuminated or in any significant place in the roads. The transfer on the return leg was a long wait, longer than the 20 minutes advertised. We have experienced better service for this type of parking facility and would not use this operator again.

We had to wait at the North Terminal for a coach to take us to the parking area for about thirty-five minutes which I thought was inordinately long.

Used the service for a recent holiday, the service is fast and effective and the staff all very helpful. I lost my confirmation and staff found my car leys and booking very quickly. Just remember that the pick up at south terminal is from the departures level (the same place that you are dropped off at) and not arrivals!

This was a good experience. We allowed plenty of time so the wait of 15-20 minutes at the parking lot for the coach was not excessive. No queueing to deliver the car or to collect it and the 5 minutes travel time was a significant improvement on other parking places. Less wait at the Terminal and the car was easily recovered.

Everything went very smoothly, the staff were courteous and the transfers were prompt. Thankyou.

it would help if you could print out form and fill it in it would save going to desk twice

buses could hav been more frequent.three long stay buses came as we waited.

We arrived back at Gatwick after midnight, and got stuck for over an hour waiting for our luggage. But despite the lateness, the bus arrived after 5 mins, and the service for picking up the keys could hardly have been more efficient. If only the rest of the airport was run along such lines !

The car park was well signposted and easy to find. We dropped the keys off and a bus arrived promptly. On returning to England, the service was as efficient and we were able to get away very quickly.
