Dropping car off on our arrival at airport worked fine but when we returned from our holiday we had a long wait for the vehicle to be be returned to us. The aim of using meet & greet was to have a quick and easy get away on our return and a 40+ minute wait was not a good start when we faced a 2.5 hour drive after getting the vehicle. They apologised for the delay but that does not help,

Budget meet and greet have brought the luxury of valet parking to the masses. It makes life so simple why didn't I do it before? I remember, it used to be way too expensive, but now it's not. Slick and courtious operation that I will definately be using again.

Easy to contact by phone, someone waiting on arrival and pick up and all very easy. Great way to start and end the holiday - stress free!

This is the secound time I have used to book in the same month, I have been very pleased with the ease of dropping my car to the terminal and the pick up has been very punctual and relaible. I would definetly use the service again, if the prices remained good value.

Have used the Purple Parking Meet and Greet via Budget Meet and Greet via Go Simply several times now and it could not be bettered. Pleasant staff ready to take the car as soon as you arrive at the terminal. No time wasted waiting for buses etc. And the car is there waiting for you as you leave the terminal on return. And at a very reasonable price.

Call centre staff were very rude when calling 20 mins before our arrival at heathrow as they request. Also, this is not clear at all on the details they sent, they expect a call when you arrive back at heathrow, so we ended up waiting 30 mins for the car to be brought back to us. A good service when you know how it works but they should work on their communication and also train their call centre staff who were miserable and rude....not what you want after coming back from holiday.

Makes flying out of Heathrow hassle free, no waiting about for taxis or the bus to the carpark. It's the only way to go, and at this price it's a no brainer.

Everything went without a hitch, our car was all ready and waiting for us when we came out of Heathrow's Terminal 5. Will use the service again Thanks

We have used budget meet and greet 3 times and have been very happy with the service and value. it saves a lot of time that would be spent parking and being delivered to the airport in the usual car parks.

Whenever I use Heathrow Airport in the future I will definitely use this service

This was our first time using a 'meet & greet' service, and we were very pleased. The driver was there before & after our flight. Slight delays on answering the phone. Will use again.

What can one say good price and it did what it said on the tin. excellent.

Very obliging and helpful after we arrived early at the airport. Collected our car earlier than arranged after we phoned them to explain and it was waiting for us as arranged when we returned having phoned the office to notify them we had arrived back at Heathrow. Would be happy to recommend and use again ourselves as it was a reasonable charge for the convenience.

Love using Budget Meet and Greet at Heathrow T 5 as it's just soooo easy, convenient and great value for money.

Nothing really to say, everything went the way it was supposed to. Great value.

We used Purple Parking (note that Budget Meet & Greet uses several different companies), and they were both helpful and cheerful. It took us over an hour to get through pass-port, and the car was there when we finally got out. It's more convenient than long-term parking.

It is well worthwhile paying the bit extra for valet parking. Cold bus stops are not good!

Assuming a 30 minute window to return our car, the driver was 10 minutes late, not a major issue.

Waiting for me at Terminal 4 Heathrow, polite, came back and one of us needed wheel chair help. Great assitance from office staff and car again waiting. Full marks, great service, no fuss, totally recommend. Ken from Bath
