This system worked very well. My husband foolishly left his wallet in the car. We phoned from the departure loung and the driver had already handed it in intact. Full marks

Having an overnight flight meant there was no need for an airport hotel so I was facing a hefty car park bill for my time away until I came across the great rate offered by Purple Parking through gosimply.com. The quote for the meet and greet service was cheaper than the hotel stay with free parking would have been. The booking process was clear, quick and easy and the service offered at the airport was second to none. I would whole-heartedly recommend this service and gosimply.com and will certainly make them my first port of call next time I need to book airport parking.

First time I used this kind of service, and I was very satisfied with it.... Was not expensive considering I parked for 3 weeks, and the service worked very well in terms of ponctuality and customer service.

I was a bit hesitant when booking the meet and greet service. However, my concerns were unfounded. From now on I'm going to use this service for all trips. In the past I've used both off and on airport parking. All have taken time to get to and from arrivals/departures. With meet and greet we drove up to the terminal (at 5.15am!)to be met by the purple parking rep who efficiently checked our car in and left us to enjoy our holiday. On return we rang as soon as we left the plane and our car was waiting for us. Less than 45 minutes from landing at T5 we were on our way home. Brilliant!

Not too much more than a long stay car park but so much easier. They were waiting for us when we arrived both outward and inward journey. The only problem we had was having to wait about 5 minutes to get through on the phone to let them know we were slightly delayed because of traffic.

I TRIED TO CONTACT PURPLE PARKING 25 MINS BEFORE DROP OFF AT T5 - I WAS UNABLE TO GET THROUGH SO HAD TO GO STRAIGHT TO DROP OF AREA, CLEARLY VERY STRESSFUL WHILST ABOUT TO CATCH A FLIGHT. ON RETURN AFTER A 13 HOUR FLIGHT AGAIN I TRIED CALLING PURPLE PARKING FROM GETTING OF PLANE. GOING THROUGH PASSPORT CONTROL THEN BAGGAGE RECLAIM, SPENT OVER 40 MINS TRYING TO GET THROUGH AND WAS UNABLE TO ARRANGE PICK UP. WENT TO PICK UP AREA WERE A REP PHONED IN, WE WAITED ANOTHER 50 MINS FOR THE CAR TO ARRIVE. HAVE SPOKEN WITH PURPLE PAKING - ADVISED CUSTOMER SERVICES WOULD RING BACK , STILL WAITING... TERRIBLE SERVICE , VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES.. I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

Excellent service, well worth the money and much easier than buses to the terminal from car parks etc. We will use 'meet and greet' again without any doubt. Made the start and the conclusion of our holiday completely hassle-free.

Our driver was waiting for us when we arrived at the terminal to drop off our car, and our car was waiting for us in the car park when we arrived back from our holiday. Quick, friendly and efficient. About 13 miles had been added to the clock, which was about what we'd expected. The price was great in comparison to other valet parking services. We will use them again!

Very good on drop off, but big mix up on return. We were not informed of change of pick up place(car park) due to Olympics as we had been away 5 weeks. Phoned second time and told about car park but given wrong car park level, phoned again and finally found chauffeur on a different level who had been waiting some time also. I have used this service many times and will continue to do so as normally it is very good. Poor communication this time unfortunately.

We were INSTRUCTED to call 30 minutes before ETA (which we tried - at 04:45 and again at 05:10 - for an arrival of 05:15) and we were never able to get through - a recorded message said the office only opened at 05:00 - but it wasn't open at 05:10. On arrival, the 'Greeter' said we need not have bothered to call, it was unnecessary as there,was always someone there and always somewhere to leave the car and furthermore the office was never open at that time anyway. Please sort out your instructions to the online booker!

The car was picked up immediately at departure. The car was delivered within 20 minutes after the phone call when we arrived. The only downside was the 15 minute wait on the phone to be connected to an operator. In any case this is service I'd highly recommend.

Would use the service again,we arrived early on arrival and our return flight was early too, we called customer contact and they arranged for collection and delivery of our car promptly without fuss. Good efficient service

There was a problem with roadworks on the motorway on the way out, so the driver was a little delayed collecting the car from us, but we were early, so it balanced itself out. Two different drivers, one collected, one dropped off, both polite. So no problems, no hassle, would definately use again.

Will never use this company again or recommend friends or family do either. They left us waiting 45 minutes when dropping our car off as they went to the WRONG Terminal, they have accepted NO responsibility for this at all, very ameteur company.

After the shock of ringing the number 30 minutes prior to arrival and finding they had no record of my booking!!!!it was sorted out quickly and the rep was waiting for us at Heathrow Terminal 3. Value for money no doubt as Heathrow parking is a nause.
