The instructions to drop off vehicle at terminal 5 were not adequate and I spent 25 minutes travelling up and down car park levels 1-3 trying to find a place to drop my vehicle off. At the same time I tried to contact Meet and Greet on the telephone only to receive an automated message apologising that all staff were busy and although my call was important to them they would be with me shortly. Finally after getting connected I was informed that I had to exit the car park and re enter to access car park level 4 (this was not mentioned on my drop off instructions so please be aware). It was at this point that I had an argument trying to exit the car park where I was told that I had been in there for 25 minutes, of which I was only too well aware and that I had entered with a passenger which was a surprise to me as to the best of my knowledge I was alone in my car. When I finally exited the car park and dropped my vehicle on level 4 the staff were friendly and curteous and when I picked up my vehicle it was ready punctually. Care needs to be taken with the instructions for dropping off and there is definitely room for improvement there. I would use the service again for Heathrow terminal 5 but only because I now know where to go.

Everything happened exactly as forecast. We were met on time for the car to be collected and the car was ready for us on our return. Only wish is that the 0845 numbers are not given as primary contacts. I found and used 02088674564 successfully to make the required contact calls

I did not have to wait at all when I dropped my car off and was on my way into the terminal within 5 minutes. On my return which was 11 o'clock at night I was a little frustrated as it took me 5 minutes to get through to let them know I had returned but when I did speak to someone they informed me that my car was already waiting at the pick up point so I didn't mind!

We were met punctually on both arrival and return. Overall, a good, efficient, value-for-money service.

When we arrived, we couldn't initially locate the rep, who seemed to be seeking refuge from the cold inside the doors of the terminal building! Once we found her, and she managed to locate our booking, we were away within 10 minutes of arriving and the process on returning back to our car was importantly totally seamless. A pretty good service, for the same cost as a return taxi journey, was worthwhile for us due to travelling with a baby and I would use Purple Parking, or a similar service, again without reservation.

Different to other meet & greets I've used, you actually go in to the short stay/business car park and leave your car with someone there, on your return you call as soon as you land (not when you pick up your bags) and the car is waiting for you in same place in the car park (this might just be as it was Heathrow T5). This made it very easy to locate the correct drop off/ pick up point and that the car was there as soon as we turned up. Service was quick, efficient and curteous.

I had to alter my arrival time and it was done without any problem. Good service

The instructions to drop off and collect my car at heathrow we're spot on and easy to follow. The staff were on time and very helpful at both the start and end of my trip. This service really cannot be faulted.

First class service, no problems whatsoever with drop off or pickup and would recommend this service to all.

I have already recommended this service to two other friends. After our very long journey it was so nice that our car was waiting for us and we did not have to wait for coaches etc. thank you

It was very easy to find the drop off zone where a very nice young man took my car, it was as close to the departure lounge as you could wish for. On my arrival I called and despite no lugagge (so was out of the terminal in no time at all) my car was delivered to me in less than 2 minutes by another polite and personal young man. I chose this car park service for its value for money but it seems I also got the best customer service.

Easy to book and contact on departure and arrival. Car was checked over on collection and returned promptly.

the service was operated by Purple parking although booked through a different company. On the day, I phoned to add car clean up to the booking, mentioned it to the person who picked up the car. But the car was returned unwashed. Had to call 3 times to finally get my money back. Apparently the car was signed in at the washing facility - but it clearly hadn't happened. Getting the car back at Heathrow T3 was a bit lengthy as we need to get to the 3rd floor of the short term car park. The queues to the lift were long. The man waiting for us to hand over the keys was not easily visible given the number of people around. But depending what you pay for the service (it is worth looking around), it is definitely something I will do again (without adding car wash).

Travelling with young children and lots of cases, it was incredibly convenient being able to drive to the terminal door and then leave the car. On the way back, it was there, ready and waiting for us. Very happy. My only gripe was how long it takes for them to answer the phone- particularly on arrival, when I was on hold for a long time before getting through- not great when in long queues for immigration. But other than that, very good service.

The only reason it was not a 5 star review is that the drivers car mat was caked in mud (either it was parked in a muddy field or next to one)! Also the mpg showing in the onboard computer had drastically reduced from when I has left it; so either the driver had sat in an wafully large traffic jam or he was enjoying the twin turbos!

All instructions prior to arrival were clear and concise. Following my arrival back at the airport my car was ready for pick up.

I use Meet & Greet both for business and holidays and I have found that this company is the most punctual - which is the most important when you opt for Meet & Greet in my opinion. They also have the highest security in their carparks. This trip was no different, someone was there to meet us when we arrived and the car was delivered back to us a couple of minutes after arriving to the carpark (we got out of the airport very quickly).

Perfect Service. Would use every time as long as price remains competitive
