Found this service very good, even chamged the collection point after change to flights from Terminal 3 to 4 without a fuss and car was waiting when we arrived. Great service and would recommend.

The service offered is a very convenient mid priced way to arrive at Heathrow. The relatively small cost increase over long term parking (especially measured against the overall cost of a trip)is well worth it and removes all the stress. Well Done!!

I was travelling with a colleague and paid less for this service than she paid for the long-term car park. Great service, the driver was ready and waiting for us in the short-term car park, both when we departed and when we arrived home.

Our flight was cancelled and it was good to have the car waiting for us when we finally arrived.

I have used meet and greet since I discovered it a few years ago. The service has now been improved or at least at T3 LHR by having a dedicated bay for parking, hand in your keys at a manned desk and you are on your way. Coming back same thing out of the lift pick up your keys and straight to your car all in minutes. Only thing to watch out for is the distance at T3 from car park to departures need to use 2 lifts and walk across walkway either way quicker than waiting on bus to long term car park.

My booking reference was TZGRP, I used the service on 2/7 at Terminal 5. I would like to give a very positive feedback about your member of staff Simon Wheeler who was extremely helpful. I managed to leave my phone behind in the car and subsequently a bag which I needed to take with me on a flight. Simon was very helpful and arranged for the bag to be dropped off back to the terminal in time for me to travel with. He provided excellent customer service and could not have been more helpful. This service takes all of the hassle out of driving to(and parking at)Heathrow. I calculate that it is more cost-effective than using taxis or long-stay parking and there is no queuing nervously for the shuttle bus afterwards. I can't work out why I haven't used it before but will certainly do so again. And again!

Excellent service, no need to wait for the driver. My car was ready to collect at the terminal without prior call. They provide car park attendant around the clock

Very helpful on the phone when I thought I was going to be late because of the traffic. Friendly staff when I arrived to drop the car off and when I returned to pick my car up. Thank you for being so efficient. I will use this service again.

Flew from T3 at Heathrow. Dropped the car off at the arranged location and straight into the terminal after a briefing about what to do on return. On our arrival back in the UK, no phone call was necessary, straight to the car park and the car was waiting for us. Excellent friendly service.
