First time I have used long term car parking. It was very easy and the transfers to the terminal were efficient and the drivers friendly.

The transfer to the terminal was quick and regular. No complaints with the parking at all, would defiantly use again.

Considering I didn't book my car park too far in advance of the trip, I was really pleased to get such a good price. The Car Park is easy to find, lots of spaces and plenty of transfer buses.

I would tell everycustomer-to keep a copy of their booking- because the computer system cannot be trusted.

Price could be a little cheaper. Choice of where you can actually park was limited - most areas barrierd off. Bus stop areas could do with more work in the way of weatherproofing. However, this did not reduce availability of spaces on arrival. Transfer coaches very punctual, driver helped with 200lbs of luggage on the return trip. Second time I have used the T3 parking lot and the license plate recognition system did not work on departure. This was offset by the friendly and professional approach of the staff in the customer services office. On the whole, highly recommended.

Problem with ticket on leaving meant I had to return to office as machine wanted me to pay a further £251. Quickly sorted though by helpful chap on desk.

Good car park, but the auto-number plate recognition wasn't setup and on return had to queue to get the cashier to confirm the ticket, which had already been paid for! Only slight annoyance though.

The automatic number plate recognition system did not work. Therefore when we left we had to go to the Service Centre by the exit. It was quickly sorted. Apparently many other people had the same problem.

All OK, only one comment about the bus stop from the terminal to the parking. Not really clear which was the right stop where to wait the bus (there are other pick bus stops around there in Terminal 3)

Quick, easy and well sign posted. Only issue was when I left the machine at the barrier said I owed money, but this was resolved straight away in the office. Luckily no car behind me at the barrier! Could do with slightly better exit direction from the area I parked in as you could easily end up going around the same area for an unneessary lap.

The number plate did not get recognised, so still had to go to the customner services on exit. Not sure why.

A very efficient coach service between the car park and the terminal. Parking was simple during the day, however the exit from area "C" at night was not easy to find. Convenient location. I would recommend to family and friends.

not the best... as above at the exit the ticket machine asked for the full rate. Also after 11pm the buses only come if you call one from the terminal bus-stop. This is stated on a small sign at the terminal bus-stop, but since the builders had parked their lorries in the parking bay this was not noticed. So got to spent a pleasant 40mins in the cold, then another 15 waiting for the bus to eventually arrive.

Cannot fault the service.Its stree free.You arrive pop your ticket in the gate.Then drive to a space.Make a note on the back of the ticket,of the bus stop that you need on return. Within a few minutes a bus arrived. Whilst we were on holiday,I thought that I may have had a delay to my return. I Sent your staff an email.Which I had a reply to, the next day. That's what I call good customer care.Thank you. Your service is very good value for money. The only point I would make,is that you make a slight improvement to the lighting on the road,that we drive around to the parking bays. As I found that I had to make sure,when leaving the parking bay. That I, was in fact driving the correct way around to the exit. In some places,you could do with painting some extra arrows on the road surface.This would help. I have and will continue to use your service.Will be booking again in March 2011.

On the whole a good experience only one drawback was the number plate recognition system did not seem to work so had to check out via the office at the exit.

The car park was easy to find. The instructions within the car park were simple to follow. The bus transfer from the car park to the terminal was timely and efficient.

when leaving car park I went into office as they had no record of my booking. entered my name and redg. no of car, sill no record. had to ring home get my wife out of bed she had to go to office start computer find email and booking reference, as they had no record on their system. The staff in the office were very helpful but an hour wasted was not what you need at 6am and after a long flight.

Other than the number plate recognition not working and having to visit the cashiers office to exit, the whole experience was much as I would expect. The extra cost for the convenience of being on the airport site is worth it.
