Straightforward booking and good communication. The most cost-effective following a lot of research. Site is safe and secure with easy transfer that is frequent and fast - close to terminal. Entry to car park is very easy and exit just the same. You keep your keys!! On site staff very helpful.

Did what it said on the tin getting to the long stay car park terminal 3 was not an issue via the tomtom and only waited for 5 minutes before the shuttle bus arrived at bus stop 1. The actual journey to terminal 3 took longer than i expected but that was only a minor quibble to an overall pleasant and hassle free experience.

All was fine until we got on the coach to transfer back to the car park. The driver did not wait for us to even get properly inside the coach, let alone stow our luggage safely. He seems off with a series of acceleration and braking which threw my husband around who was trying to put a suitcase in the stowage area. I could hardly stand, let alone email catch the second suitcase which was hurtling towards me. How I stayed on my feet I will never know. I warned the driver I would be lodging a formal complaint when I got off the bus. Still waiting for a response please?

Have used this parking facility several times previously. As with other visits, found everything worked just as it said on the tin. Only minor hitch was finding the right bus stop for the return - changed locations - but that is my fault for not reading the signs and just going on what I had done before!

Very easy to find and close to all major routes. Secure and safe parking which was well lit and easy to negotiate. Transfer coaches run very often and very promptly which was very welcome after a long flight home. Not sure if they have toilet facilities there as didn't see any signs but didn't look for any so am unable to comment. Would definitely use this car park again and would also recommend to friends and family. No worrying about where your vehicle has been driven to in your absence as you keep the keys which is always a bonus for us. Overall a great service which offered value for money.

I would probably have had difficulty finding it, if i hadn't been diverted off the M25 via the Terminal 4 junction. Is there a satnav postcode that works?

Our second use of Gosimply.com. We wanted secure parking within Heathrow and to keep our keys with us while abroad. Online booking was straightforward. Good price, but no refunds. Instructions on how to reach the car park were also very easy. The shuttle buses to the Long Stay car park were frequent, so that on our return we were back in our car within about 15 minutes after passing through Customs at Terminal 3. Overall, a smooth, trouble-free experience. We will use Gosomply.com again and will recommend to others.

I chose the Long stay option as I wanted to keep the keys to my car. I am not happy having starngers driving my car and not taking the level of care with it as I do myself. However, the experience was trouble free, easy to use, and efficient, though I felt was a bit pricey.

Parked in easy to find sector advised,coach driver waited for us to reach bus stop instead of pulling away as has happend to us in past car parks.On arrival back only had to wait 5 mins for pickup.Departing car park very easy with number plate recognition.

Very good service, plenty of space to park but the individual space seemed a bit too small for even an average saloon car. Shuttle bus was very good and on time. Price could've been a bit cheaper. But overall very good service and I'll use it again.

Was very pleased that transfers were frequent and lots of space for luggae. Drivers were very friendly and waited without rushing anyone, and even assisting. Problem with ticket when exiting was resolved very quickly by office staff who were helpful and friendly.

Very quick and efficient parking experience. Was a little concerned about the price, but it's definitely worth it for the convenience provided. The only thing I could not understand was why I needed to enter the customer service office to prove my identiity before I could leave the car park. Seemed a bit daft as I'd already pre-paid.

Booked online, with email confirmation - simple. Directions to location accurate. Vehicle registration recognition allowed drive through to prescribed zone for parking - no hold ups. Transfer bus took 5 minutes to arrive and then about 10 minutes to get to Terminal 3 (via Terminal 1) - the benefit of the site being next to perimeter road and relatively close to the airport. Return journey, just as easy. Good value? Yes. Use again? Yes.

Staff were extremely helpful after we suffered a smashed window on the journey. Helped tape up the window and parked our car near customer services, where it could be seen at all times.

Followed the directions supplied from the M25, the car park is well signposted and was easy to find even in thick fog! No problems on entry and following car park signage to the designated parking area. Bus was on time and the driver was courteous. Journey to the Terminals was quick and drop off very convenient for the entrances. Pick up was on time as per the display board at the bus stop. Transfer back to car park very quick. Exit of car park straight forward. All in all a pleasant experience. Just the cost lets the service down, but if you want to park on airport, then the owners have you at their whim and for us, it's not something we do every week!

Personally find it hard to keep my balance when I have to stand up in a bus

Initially, we were not sure we had found the right carpark. On leaving the carpark there were no clear instructions on what to do with the ticket - we did not realise the car registration is logged when you enter the carpark so had to go into the customer service office. Simple explanations would have helped.
