It would have been helpful to know that your system scans Car Reg nos on exit and this is why I didn't need to go to your office. Also as mentioned above the bus driver saw us clearly trying to find the bus stop and drove off anyway! Really annoying

Modern use of technology made this a slick experience. A slight problem with the vehicle identification system was quickly and easily resolved. The return bus journey was quite a hassle with competitive queueing and a crowded bus making luggage handling difficult. The driver was not overly pleasant- who would be! Generally a pretty good all round service.

Because it's Heathrow, it pays to give yourself plenty of time to get to the car park and from there to the terminal. I arrived at the car park at 6.00am for an 8.30am flight and was in the terminal at 6.45am. ie. it took three-quarters of an hour.

Simplicity itself once you know exactly where to find the car park entrance. It could still benfit for being more clearly indicated to the uninitated.

We found the site easily and parkd up. Good transfer, helpful staff. Return journey was delayed and return at night was just as good. Slightly overstayed parking due to delayed flight and PE counter staff/customer services very helpful, friendly and no hassle. Good service that I will use again and recommend to friends.

No direct pathway from position of car (zone D, I think)to bus stop 4 except by cutting through holes in bushes! Bus driver of first bus to come didn't let me on but then drove around the car park and returned to stop 4, probably on his correct time, and then let me on! Customer service could have been more flexible. Please consider modest discounts for repeat/frequent users.

In my experience all signeage at Heathrow needs a complete overhaul! There were no signs we could see for Parking Express until we were almost on top of it, we wasted 40mins going back and forth.Once found the site is secure and the transfers regular.

2nd time we have used your car park - both times have made getting off on and returning from our holiday easy and efficient. Well sign posted and easy to find - getting back onto the M25 was not so easy thansk to all the roadworks !

I arrived in plenty of time as I had already checked in online, but it took 30 mins for a bus to turn up to go to terminal 2, then another 30 mins to get to the terminal. As a result I had to run for my flight and was extremely lucky to catch it. I normally use QPark and will revert back to them for my next trip as I cannot afford to risk the same thing happening again. The lack of buses is a problem for this car park.

Use this as a testimonial on your site if you like - My car broke down on the way. I didn't think i was going to make my flight. Thanks to the liasing between my breakdown service and yourselves, i was able to catch my flight with 3 minutes to spare. Without your excellent service I would never have seen New York. overall, I was satisfied with the service and would use them again. The directions to gat to the parking were not particularly clear and the route we took out was much shorter than the directed way in.

Not great.It was so badly lit that when I returned at 1pm on my own on Sunday i missed the stop and the bus driver had to dump me on a dark road far from where I had to be. Even one of the staff said I should use Pink Elephant instead. But they did jump start my car

Although it is an official on airport parking. It's actually next to Q-Park which is off airport parking. I would probably go for Q-Park if it is cheaper in the future.

I had to park in G area which meant that, as I had pre booked, when I returned I had to walk a fair distance to the customer service to get my ticket valified and then walk back to the car in order to exit. The only saving grace is that it wasn't raining. I usually use Pink Elephant but thought I'd give Parking Express a try. Needless to say that I and a few other people who collected their cars the same evening will be using Pink Elephant in future.

A great experience with no issues whatsoever. For some reason, my number plate was not recognized but that was not an issue as only return, I went to the customer service who sorted it out in a few seconds.

Delay being picked up from terminal 1 meant to be every 10 mins, several other companies came and went a couple of times before parking express turned up, went round all terminals. Driver didnt even ack customers getting on the bus.

It was cheaper and more convenient than using a taxi or private hire. Everything worked well particularly the recognition of our car for the car parking ticket. I don't know why we had to quote times of arrival and departure since pricing must be based on a daily basis.

I haven't entered any ticks regarding Customer Service, because there was none. I drove up, received my ticket, parked etc. On return, I went to car, drove to exit, used ticket and left - all without seeing any staff at all.

Easy to get to, directions were excellent, safe and secure parking with help to carry luggage if needed. Regular bus service to the terminals. It was ideal for my use. On return, I was inbound from Moscow on a delayed Aeroflot flight with no way of warning them I would be late. There was no extra charge for booking out well over one hour later than originally booked. They do exactly what they say they do and I will use this park next time.

Booking, parking and transfer were all straightforward. Only problem was finding the way out to M4/M25 from Heathrow airport, not well signposted, got on to A4 by accident and had to backtrack - not the fault of Parking Express though!
