A good service that would be better with more attension to detail, for instance better signing on arrival re bus stops and info as to where to catch the bus for return to your car in terminal 4 and then more clear info as most people will br very tired upon arrival at Heathrow

Our experience was fine until we returned from our trip. The transfer driver on our way back to the car drove at such a pace that cases fell over around corners and braking was harsh. There were only ten people on the bus and there was no call for such aggressive driving.

When I arrived (in the early morning) it was not immediately obvious in which zone to park - unlike your Gatwick park which had a sign announcing the current zone. Fortunately I parked next to the Bus point (4) because there seemed to be no lettering or numbering of the rows or slots.

My experiance with parking express was easy and hassle free. Its the first time i've used a parking company while travelling abroad and i gotta say i'm impressed with the service. Easy to find. The directions were easy to understand. The toilets were open at 5am when we arrived much to the delight of my partner. We did'nt have to wait long for the shuttle service to or from the airport. All in all i am very delighted with the quality of service. I will definatly be using parking express again.

We were in the 'G' the exit signs took us round in circles. Eventually arrived at what turned out to be a staff exit. Had to walk across to customer services, way was poorly lit. Was told that we had not followed signs. Arrived earlier than booked in for and back late so was charged for an extra day!

Maps to the Car Park should be improved significantly. I had to rely on my sat navigation to get to the car park. Although there are written directions these are not as good as seeing a detailed map. The site could have a link to a map site and then this could be printed. Small maps embedded into the site are no really of much value

On return, it took 45 mins to get to car ( Term 2), then office ( as pre-boooked )to get exit ticket, was closed ( Sun 5pm ). Had to try and find another office ( no signs ), so had to walk around looking for it. Hence 1 hour to exit - wont use them again!!

found the car park relatively easily .transfers very quick at picking us up although allow time to reach your terminal took more than 12 mins. very easy return to car and our with pre paid ticket. Slight;y more expensive than some but had peace of mind and no handing over keys. Would definately use again

your written directions to find the parking are sketchy, and signs are hard to read at night. No instructions about what to do with the yellow ticket. You charge for a minimum of 2 days but do not say so on your website: that is basic dishonesty. Your ground staff (office) was helpful and courteous.

Although slightly more expensive than off airport car parks it was worth it for shorter transfer times to airport. Pick ups within ten minutes for both departure and arrival. We also found signs for M25 misleading on way home but this was not the fault of Parking Express as the route is clearly marked from the car park just not clear afew junctions on. Will definately use again.

bit difficult to work out where we were in the car park as on a north:south axis spur - but not too bad. had to pay extra 1 day fee - at £14 - thought was a lot pro rata the 12 day fee I'd already paid (£99)- felt was a bit naughty as not much I could do about it!

As stated above, the fact that the booking web-site does not indicate that you are being charged for 2 days, when you could pay £8 less by not booking in advance for 24 hr stays; I do not think this is acceptable practice. I was told by the attendant that others have been caught out by this too. I have made this complaint to BCP and am awaiting their response.

Instructions for Terminal 1 directed me to bus stop 3 for a pick-up every 8-10 minutes. 40 minutes later, after being passed by 2 busses I assumed that we were at the wrong stop. My assumption was confirmed by a man in uniform who told me that stop number 3 was suspended and I should go to stop number 1 which was around the corner and out of sight. Another 10 minutes and we were picked up. The driver of the bus explained that it was not his fault but that BAA had closed stop 3. Point 1: why were we directed to stop 3 when it was not in use? Point 2: why was there no signage anywhere in the suspended area? I originally decided that paying an extra charge for the closer proximity to Heathrow was justified. How wrong can you be?

What a pleasure, I parked my car. Got straight onto the bus and alighted at the airport!! On my return I was collect within a few minutes, and dropped back to my car which I climbed into and drove off. Easy to book, easy to find, easy and safe to use....... Thank you for making an otherwise awkward journey pleasurable.

Unfortunately I missed the first sign for Long Stay parking and had to do a bit of a detour to get back to the beginning! Having done so, the signs were quite easy to follow, so my advice would be to keep your eyes peeled for the first sign. I was a bit disappointed at having to wait quite a long time for the transfer bus on my return, but have to admit it was a very busy time and the traffic was heavy.

Some colleagues travelling with me also parked at the same location but had the benefit of number plate recognition as they booked via another agent - this meant that they did not have to stop at customer services to exit the car park. This would be a better service to offer.

I drove round in circles trying to find the exit from section G of the car park. It needs to be more clearly signed, particularly with arrows etc on the tarmac itself. I had to wait for a while at the Customer Service cabin in order for a member of staff to appear to validate my ticket (as I had pre-paid online). Not ideal after a long day.

The office area could be better lit, I had to walk past the loos and it seemed very dark and bushy to get into the building - I felt anybody could have lept out at me - The person in the office was very helpful, and sorted out my booking quickly, but I felt uncomfortable walking b ack out to my car as it was quite dark

Easy to find from the M4 well signed to the car park, Bus stop within yards of parking space, bus arrived in minutes of waiting, quick and smooth transfer to airport terminal T3. On return the bus arrived again in minutes and straight return to the car park in approx 8/10 minutes. The bus driver told us which bus stop to get off to be close to our car, easy exit out of car park first class service, will use again, first class.

Great experience,but diasppointed that even though I had already paid for the parking....when I came to drive out the ticket machine requested payment. I went into customer services who quickly amended the ticket, but thought that this was disappointing. Thanks
